Ok, got another question for you all....

Due to various issues (primarily Sean's health!) Brian and I have not had much chance to celebrate our anniversary which is right after Christmas. This year will be 27 yrs, so I thought it might be fun to surprise him with a bit of a celebration on the cruise. It will probably be the only chance we have to do much on our own anyway, knowing the boys will be OH so happy to stay at the clubs for hours on end...

Anyway, do you know if there is something special I could do? I figured we could do the REAS, but I was also thinking it might be fun to have a special cake delivered one night, and if its possible I thought maybe even bring my own cake topper...

We had a beautiful blown glass one for our wedding, but in all the moves we made earlier in our lives it broke beyond repair. Found another thought that is really pretty...

Thoughts? Ideas?

What is the REAS?

We are also celebrating an anniversary on the cruise, our 30th. I know when I made the reservation, they asked me what night we wanted to celebrate. I haven't come up with an answer on that yet, but will eventually figure out what is the best night to do so.

REAS is the romance escape and spa package... you get a rose petal turndown one night, champagne bfast in bed one morning, a gift on arrival (if I remember correctly it is 2 bathrobes in a pretty basket and some other goodies?) AND a full weeks pass for 2 at at the rainforest spa. Oh, and what I have heard is that you also get to book Palo at 105 days instead of the 90 or 75 day time frame

And Happy Anniversary to you! 30 yrs is awesome...

I was going to add, but DISBOARDS was having database problems, that someone (pinkygirl?) recommended the couples cabana massage. I can highly recommend it. My wife and I did it on one cruise and it was heavenly. There is nothing better than a massage other than getting one in an open air cabana by the beach.

not to many posts today! Everyone must have been busy! It was a BEA-U-TIFUL day today! It was in the 60's! Tomorrow it's suppose to be 75! YEAH!

Do any of you have an HP printer that might be able to use these ink cartridges? We used to have them, and have since given them away, BUT didn't know we had this ink in the drawer. If you need it, I'll mail it to you!

How is Jenna doing today????

I bought some jewellary, shorts and an outfit for Jenna, she is great, she has very few spots and they are crusted over, she can probably go back to school. I feel very lucky.

I hate to say this, and I know it's only 9, but I am beat, so I am going to bed!

We bought new mattresses today! I can't WAIT for them to be delivered on Thursday! Our set is 13 years old, so it will be SO nice to have new ones! Maybe my back will not hurt as often as it does!

Have a good night! Not sure that I'll get to "see" you much tomorrow night. We have the book fair from 5-8, and I am going to sell lollipops.
