It'a a small, almost white whole kernel corn, canned, we usually get it a Kroger... and I think the brand is Del-Monte.

I would think you could sub about any cheese you like... I love Feta.. (Everything's bettah with Feta!)... but grated fresh parmesean, goat cheese, or even mozerella (spelling?)

You are so right. You can do so much with Chicken. Even something as simple as pouring a can of cream of chicken or mushroom(yuk) soup. Any spice you like and cover with your favorite cheese. Here we use marble but when I was growing up, we lived in French Canada, the cheese of preference was chedder. Quebed chedder cheese curds are still my favorite, especially on poutine LOL

I get Green Giant brand. I is with all the other canned corn in the veggie isle. The corn is actually a filler and for color. If you don't use it, you won't miss much!

There is a place here in TN that makes white cheddar and it is awsome on just about anything!
