My other half has worked for Nordstrom for the past 13 years. He actually started with them in Washington D.C.

What store were you at? Most likely he helped open it. If it was Westfarm, he did. I think he as flown around the country to open probably 15 stores. His favorites were Honolulu and Las Vegas. Spent a month in Hawaii, rough life!!

Good Evening Ya'll...'er, ah, I mean, shiver me timbers and cast the line! or something like that! LOL

Laura, we are booked at Royal Pacific for the Saturday we get back. We tried to get into The Hard Rock, but was told it was booked!! Maybe I'll call and see if we can switch it! The boys have been to RPHm, but not HRH. I think they would enjoy HRH much better!

Heidi, safe travels!!! I have actually been to Ogden, Utah many times!! My grandparents, up until this summer, lived in Brigham City. I spent one summer with them and we used to go shopping in Ogden!

Kristin, when are you going to Regis and Kelly? I watched you win the last time you were there! Maybe you can do it again!!! What was it you won again?

Great pirate run last night! thanks for all the rum photois. I have never heard of those rum cakes. I guess I better be sure to find where they are and try it!

Have had a good and bad day....was a good day work wise. The babies were both in a great mood and took 3 hour naps!!! However, our dog Kozmo woke me up at 4 am to go out. In the 2 years we have had him, he has never woke us up. I put the dogs out and he went. Back to bed. When I put them out at 645, he went again. Then Steve let them out at 830 before he left, but he wasn't sure since he was still getting ready to go to work. Then at Noon, I ran home to check on them while the cleaning lady, Judy, was there, and he went AGAIN. After work I ran to the bank and when I got home at 3, I came in to puke puddles decorating my carpet!! In THREE different rooms and the top of the steps! So, instead of ENJOYING my Friday evening, I cleaned all the downstairs carpets, the stairs, the landing, the hallway and my bedroom. I didn't have to do my bedroom, but the dogs sleep in there with us, and I still had solution to use up, so I did. I did the stairs by hand. I should have used my machine, but I didn't. I am beat. OH! And ALSO.....Jennifer's vacuum died, so she asked if Judy could borrow mine, I said of course. Judy watched the babies while I ran home to get it. I started to back into the garage and I hear, crunch! I couldn't believe that I had hit something! I pulled forward, got out and started looking around. Nothing is in my way. I am totally confused. Then I look up and I see that the lift gate glass is OPEN and I have hit the doorway of the garage with it! O M G!! I pulled the glass down and THANK GOD there was nothing wrong with it. The seal around the garage door will have to fixed though. I don't think we'll have to buy a new one, just re-nail the one that's there. After I calmed down, I think I know how the glass was opened. Andrew likes to look at my keys because I have photos of the boys on them. One of the buttons on my key fob opens the lift glass. He was looking at my keys. He probably pushed the button and when I drove off, it opened. When I back in, I use my outside mirrors and the backing camera. I don't look through the back window, so I would have never known it was open.

Great news for us!!! NO football Friday, Saturday or Sunday!! We get a mid-season break!!!!

Boys are watching Speed Racer.

Nah.. just making hotel reservations for our first 2 nights on the road. the 3rd night I will play by ear... hoping to get as far as I can that day and we will stay wherever we can find room!

She always complains that there is no food in the house, so I told her if she is not happy with what I buy, then she has to go with me next time!! So tonight is the night because tomorrow she is going to the beach to help clean it up......school project!!!!

Oh,, my gosh that is soo cool.. Yes, it was @ Westfarms Mall... It is such a nice store. I was looking for some Merrils for my girls too!!!!!!!!

We are supposed to go to the show on Thurs. but we may have to reschedule. I forgot that I had plans to have friends over to watch the Survivor Premier on Thursday night for Mexican and we would have to get up @ 4:30 in the morning for the show and I would never make it for Survivor and the night before I have a meeting to attend to. So my mom and I are going to talk about it tomorrow and see what we can come up with..

Last time I won a $500.00 gift card to Lowes. Thanks to R and K I have a lovely new light in my hallway foyer!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!!! Dispite the frustrations, I've been in a pretty good mood!! My wrists are starting to hurt though?? I think it's from the carpet machine and then scrubbing the steps. I am just tired too....but doing well!!!!
