Scrapbooking Exchange Information
What is a Scrapbook exchange? It’s a way to help an individual who wants to create a memory with their photos and to generate that memory making in an imaginative and resourceful way.
If you are a scrapbook person and want to build your scrapbook, here is a fun way to collect all your major events by having others assist you in it. Anyone who wants to participate will help scrap YOUR cruise without YOU having to do all those pages by yourself and in the process, everyone will be contributing to their own scrapbooks, too.
How can this be done? Easy…one person will create
a ONE-PAGE developed scrapped page by either
(A) providing the page in its
entirely completed format (minus your photographs, of course) or
(B) provide
all the materials (with a sample picture of what it would like it when finished ) for the person to complete after the cruise.

You're not limited to ONE page, but you must have at least the one page to participate. It's strickly up to you how much you want to do. But if you're on a budget, these are the parameters.
How do I know what materials to use? 12x12 sheet of paper (either solid or designed), card stock, embellishments such as stickers, buttons, ribbon. Really, there are tons of ways to make a creative, fun page. I'll try and post links to samples so you can have a clearer view of what the finished product would look like.
How can this be achieved? …Each single scrapbook page will be divided by a category or event --more on this later-- and then you will sign up under a category/event you would want to scrap (from a list I will provide).
How many events/categories are there? Well, the possibilities are endless. However, it really depends on how many people want to get involved with the exchange. We, (myself, my daughter, and daughter-in-law) sat one night and brainstormed up to 21 different ideas.
How much will it cost me to do this exchange? That also really depends on how minimal or elaborate you want to get. Plus you have to remember you will have to recreate the scrapbook page for EVERY person who is participating in the exchange. I’d say roughly it could be about $25-$50 altogether and each contributor would get a page of each of the events/category. Wow!
How will I get the scrapbook pages to each of the people in the exchange?
This is where I will ask for your opinion. Either we can have a meeting time (on the day at sea) and exchange with each other in person
OR you could slide the page under each person’s stateroom door
OR attach the page that would be secured in a sheet protector to the fish/fish extender outside the door.
Remember: We want to keep the pages as flat and clean as possible-clean as in no folds, crinkles, tears, or spots.
You will need to PM (private message) me and let me know if you’re interested and provide me with the following information:
