I canceled our Sept trip yesterday b/c we had to postpone for November. Of course, they send me the "you choose" pin just hours after I cancel. I don't even understand the point of it b/c it's for the same period as Aug/Sept free dining and that's already a general public offer. It did not include Oct, Nov, or Dec.

When you call, do you just ask if there is a pin attched to your name or will they automatically tell you if you try to make a reservation?

If Disney offers free dining to the public, can you then "stack" a pin on to that?!
I got the same PIN today, and to an email address that I didn't think I had registered with Disney. I got nothing in the 2 main addresses I normally use when browsing vacations, etc.
My email did clarify each offer a bit more:
The "Magical Memories" offer is good for stays most nights
10/3/1011/23/10. While the "Rockin' Recreation" offer is good for stays most nights 11/28/1012/16/10.
Our trip is already booked for 10/14-10/19 @ POP, so hopefully we'll be able to take advantage of the first offer.
The way I read the dates was price based on travel dates. 10/3 - 11/23 are considered "Regular II Season" and 11/28 - 12/16 are "Value Season" - as in room rates. I plan to call today and get more info, will repost when I do.
Just since I have a hard time keeping track, has ANYONE received a free dining pin for December?
