CALL CALL, I just did ask if they had a pin code attached to anyone in my household, she said let me check and my prayers were answered, 40% off of Value, Moderate or Deluxe, I was able 2 get a suite for me and my son at All Star Music for Dec 12th - 17th added the Deluxe DP and base tickets under 1500, if I do a standard room at Pop it would have been about 1200 bucks so again people CALL, I just wonder if the Free DP will be cheaper for me and I just pay to upgrade to the Deluxe? Disney if you have your mouse ears on, If you send a pin to someone and they don’t want to use it, you should allow that person to pass that pin on. There are many people that you guys are sending pins to that don’t want to use them and there are many that would like a pin so that they could come to WDW, A pin code should be transferable what’s the BIG deal ????????????

I personally have tried every trick recommended here on the DIS. I thought I had finally solved the problem a while back when someone told me to save my itineraries, then return and change them around a bit. Nope. Then I saved some itineraries and marked that I was staying at a non Disney hotel. Nope. Then I thought I had solved it when someone said to be sure my info was updated for email notification. Nope. Then I thought it would help if I created a new account with a different email address. Nope. Just double the Disney junk mail.

I remember getting a post card in the mail once a long time ago with the "Kids stay and play for free" deal on it, but that's it. I call Disney every couple of months looking for a PIN code and ...........nothing. My latest call was yesterday. Nothing.

Can I officially give up now?

Nope. No giving up!! Call at least every other day. Be friendly, be polite and pray like crazy.

lol oh i understand, i am also waiting on a pin... i am trying to deside if i should split my dates do room only the first 2 days then 40% off for the rest or just wait and pray or th free dining

im still happy i am going back to Disney World

If Free Dining is offered in October, how many nights and days do you typically have to book to qualify? We are considering 6 nights / 7 days, 5 nights / 6 days, or 4 nights / 5 days

i called this morning 407-939-7675 got to reservations and CM was very helpful asked her to check my name and my Hubby's we had nothing. Then since we are traveling with my brother and sister-in-law asked her to check their names and addresses - my sister-in-law had a pin for the 20/30/40

When was fall free dining announced last year? I stayed at Pop and was able to get Regular Dining plan, not quick service. Hope it is the same this year!

Since 2005 the free dining promo has been announced in the spring, usually around the end of March or the first of April. This year's fall free dining dates are August 15 - October 2 and the basic dining plan is offered for free with moderate and deluxe resorts and the quick service plan is offered for free with value resorts.

Last year I got a notification on July 24 for Free Dining for Disney Visa holders. Dates were for September 27-December 17, 2009. I believe general public offer was a few days later.
