Mindi -- As for adult beverages, my husband and I really don't drink. We may have one or two "fru fru" drinks but that would be about it. However, neither of us will be offended if your gift is related to that. We could always use it for something else. Thanks for asking.

Well, it's off to finish getting dressed and heading out to take Katelin to her childcare for a 1/2 day. So sad, so sad. Oh well, gotta suck it up though right! Talk to ya'll later.

Michelle, sorry you're not feeling well. I'm telling you it goes through the computer! I think almost everyone on this thread has been sick in the last few weeks. So, if you haven't gotten sick yet I suggest you wrap your computer in saran wrap and spray it with antibactirial spray and hope you don't catch anything.
Well, for those of you following along...today is Ashleys first soccer game in high school. It is a scrimmage (so it doesn't count for the season), and as of their last day of school (which was Friday) they didn't have their uniforms yet. So the coach said that if they didn't get them today they wouldn't be playing. So say a prayer that they get their uniforms today or Ashley will be very dissappointed. It looks like we might have to tweek our DL trip a little bit, because of Ashleys soccer schedule, or dare I say it...we might have to cancel I wouldn't have a problem with her missing, but I'm not sure how her coach is going to feel (I will be talking to him about it today) we just got her schedule on Friday and she has a tournement (4 games) the weekend we were going to be in San Diego, and her first two league games (ones that count) the Tues and Thurs we would be in the park. I've already decided that we wont be going to SD, I can take the girls there during spring break. But I don't know what to do about her other two games. We'll have to see what her coach says, but it doesn't help that she's their only goalie. Sorry to go on and on, and it's not even cruise related, but I figured it anyone would understand my saddness over the possibility of canceling a disney trip it would be you guys. Anyway, I will keep you posted.

I say U need to stay home for Ashley--she's a part of a team and an important part! It's like Sydney couldn't miss dance competition that would look funny on stage --big empty spot! Save all your Disney excitement for us!! I know Andrea that isn't what U wanna hear, but if anyone knows me best it's u....and ya know what I say ....tooo bad.....LOL

Well, my family has a virus. Hannah my DD (6) was sick for the past 5 days and now my hubby has it. It's horrible. Let's get all this sickness out before vacation right!

Thanks Terri......Andrea told me your sister got it and Andrea knew I was on priority to get it(medical), so I called and they said they had already moved me...I was like YES!! I hope I get the rotation I want but who knows. I did adjust the web page accordingly for ur sis. Are U doing the SM...I don't have u down for it either way!

Terri, I haven't heard. But, then again, I took away her cell phone so I don't get my usual lunchtime check in phone call. I don't know if she'll even know until after school. They get out at 2:40 and the game is at 3:30. Most of her games are on Tues/Thurs at 3:30, but she does have two 5:30 games and one of them is on a Friday. Riley wanted to call Amaya this morning to see if she could go with us, but I told her to wait until a day we knew "for sure" there was going to be a game.

Yep, we are all linked! We will be sitting together. I think I've read somewhere that they can do tables up to, like, 18 or something like that.

Well Ashleys JV game got canceled, cuz the school they played didn't have a JV team, only Varsity. So they put Ashley in as Varsity goalie . So her first high school soccer game she played was for varisty. I didn't need to worry though, well not today anyway. The ball never made it anywhere near her. Her school won13-0. And, I talked to her coach today...he said they would make do without her while we were gone. So, Disneyland is a GO! Two weeks from this very moment I will be screaming going down the drop on Splash Mountain, OK, I'm just guessing, I don't really know what ride I will be on at 5:46pm two weeks from tonight, but I'll be on something.

I need to ask a FE question. How many of you will be pertaking in adult beverages while cruising? Is there anyone that will be offended if my FE has something that pertains to adult beverages? We are definitely not opposed to the the odd adult beverage as long as they don't involve bananas or chocolate (allergies). I am always a bit sad as a lot of the Drinks of the Day are not safe to drink for me as they either do definitely contain banana or nobody can assure me that they don't.

Congratulations to Ashley. That is wonderful that she ended up playing for the Varsity team for her first game. I am also happy for you that you will be able to go to DL.

I also have an idea for the FE gifts (at least for the ladies in the group), but will have to do a little experimenting.

Good morning all! Well, I'm starting fell a little behind on the FE stuff. So I guess I better start figuring out what I'm going to do! I do have my FE already though. Krisiti I can't wait to see a picture of yours!
I think I'm going to start packing for DL today. Normally I would wait until it was closer (we are only going for 3 days), but its a surprise so I need to do it little by little so the girls wont notice anything. I haven't figured out how I'm going to pack for Ashley yet, high school girls are very attached to their wardrobe, so I know she will notice even one shirt missing. Plus, I don't know if I'll be able to find anything. I think we might surprise them right before we get in the car to go and I'll just tell Ashley "run upstairs and pack a back we are leaving in 10 minutes". Ryan wants to tell them when we get there, but I would rather they know on the way down. It's a 6 hour drive and that will give them something to talk about and be excited about. I wonder who will win that one.
Well, I'm off to search online to see if I can get any ideas for FE. I hope everyone has a good day!

After the disappointment of getting late, I think I've now convinced myself that late is better and now they've taken my request and put us at main. Hmmmm. Any input on this? One thing we've gotten disappointed about on previous cruises is that since there are only 3 of us, they put us at a table all alone and we enjoy eating and meeting new people. Can I request to be put at a table with another family with children my DD age? I think she would enjoy dinner so much more. She doesn't want to eat with mom and dad every night, she can do that at home.

Ok...wooo what a busy lasy few days! Yesterday Sydney had a half day of school and a orthodontist appointment...o boy! Yeah well U guys will be blessed with brace face girl... We went to the appt & they said we are starting the project. Phase 1! Yeah it has phases....prolly 3 phases! So I have to come up with $400 for xrays, face photos and tooth impressions. Seems like a little but lately thats alot! So I pushed that till June..saying I would rather start it after school's done and also the pmts for the phase 1 will start so seems she will get them around August 1, and they amount is $2800.. .OMG and for only braces on 4 upper teeth for about a year. Yeah U heard right 4 teeth....thats 700 per tooth! Then in about 2 yrs from now she will begin phase 2...another 2500 rough estimate for that one...OMG again! Well I would rather have her have pretty teeth. So anyhow the reason for this god awful story is U guys will see braces just dont expect much results for straight teeth by that point though. Ok well that is all my news for now! Have a goodnight while I go have a few drinks thinking over 2800!
