ROFR Thread Jan to March 2026 *PLEASE SEE FIRST POST FOR INSTRUCTIONS & FORMATTING TOOL*

It wasn't me, but it matched the UY for my VGC contracts. I was tempted to just to see if it would get ROFRed, but then I might end up having to scramble to get some $ together. With ETPE gone in DLR/DCA, I'm telling myself that instead of buying more DVC points there, I should just enjoy what I have and if I want to stay more, book something offsite.
I probably won’t ever stay on site at DLR again without that. The price difference is just too huge and the off site hotels are so close.
 

Apologies to a few people who kindly posted their string but weren't added- I no longer have access to the 2025 Q4 thread, so I can't add the December data points. I'm sorry! Congratulations on the shiny new contracts in any case :)!

We bought GF direct a few years back, and we find ourselves using our points at Crescent Lake a lot. We've been toying with a resale contract for about a year, and we finally pulled the trigger this weekend. We are nervous and excited all at the same time. Keeping fingers crossed through the ROFR process!

Congrats! Really can't beat those resort view point chart! Are you planning to book resort view or boardwalk view?
