OCt 27th - Im scared!

We are going to WDW Feb 11th - Feb 18th, hence we will be eligible to participate in the Oct 27th ADR madness. I'm scared! I would like to call them in, but apparantly you can make the online reservations earlier. What time can you start making online reservations?
