Let's see if I can answer questions.

Pirate night - yes, 3rd night.

Halloween activities - supposed to be some stuff going on, don't know which night yet.

Meet & Greet - nothing planned yet, that I know of. Any volunteers?

Shutters pictures - I don't think there's much difference in buying a package or buying individual pictures, but I could be wrong. We didn't buy that many pictures last year b/c we didn't get that many taken. I was kind of disappointed about that. We only had pictures 2 nights at dinner, a couple on CC, a couple in the lobby, and embarkation. I think we kept missing the photographers.

As for packing, um, yeah, we have passports. They're somewhere in the house. We have clothes. Also somewhere in the house. Guess I should start working on that. DH is one of those "oh I'll throw a few things in a bag in the morning" guys, referring to the morning we leave. He still somehow manages to overpack. Unfortunately, it's never stuff we really need.

The only thing I do have ready is our FE and FE gifts. I finished the FE today. You can sit by me in the nursing home, Andrea. I'm fairly lousy at crafts, too, but I can sew. Haven't sewn anything in ages, so it was good to have a project to work on. It's not half bad, if I do say so myself.

I'm so looking forward to a lounge chair, my Nook, and many refreshing adult beverages! 11 days til we hit the road!

I've been MIA for a while, sorry! I am so excited to get away-it's been a rough couple of months. I'm starting to pack for the kids now. I probably could re-read what I've missed but can anyone answer a couple of quick questions?

So sorry to hear that but I know how hectic it can be right before a family vaca.

OK, All..... The list (page 3) is updated and I don't anticipate any changes to it. Looks like we've got an even 10 staterooms participating. Can't wait to see what everyone has put together!!

I have been MIA for the last two weeks too. My sister got married - did the 10-10-10 thing and our family served as the wedding coordinators! It turned out great but now gotta pack and finish the FEs!!!!!! But, that increases the excitement - however, laundry does not

No FE stuff sorted..although i do have 'stuff' just not in any real order.
And on call until Sunday morming...meetings on Monday. Long Day clinical on Tuesday,University on Wed and Thurs, long drive to inlaws to drop off dog after, long drive to London to pre flight hotel...early morning Friday...transatlantic flight...MNSSHP that night...DH's birthday on Friday..
and NOTHING DONE!
Maybe i should just get off my laptop and go do something...now theres a thought....

I've been setting stuff out for over a month now. Got me a nice little pre-cruise 'pile' goin' on in the bedroom. Birth certificates to luggage and everything in between. I have to do it this way so I don't forget anything.... even though I always seem to forget something.

8 days until we fly to Orlando to start our vacation! We've been packing for what seems like weeks- well, at least all the small stuff we would forget otherwise! Getting nervous AND excited at the same time-hoping I don't have a panic attack when I see the ship and ask the busdriver to take me back to WDW! But we are so looking forward to having a "Wonder"ful trip! Safe travels, everyone!

You can sleep on the transatlantic flight, right? Your week sounds as crazy as mine!
No need to iron, I'm sure Cinderella's mice will pop in to each cabin and do everybody's ironing; it's got to be included in the price of the cruise (Gosh that would be GREAT.)
It's going to be so much fun - going to MNSSHP is a great way to kick off the cruise. We'll probably still be driving at that point (18 hours in the car, what were we thinking???)
I got my FE gifts together tonight, packed a couple of things, and then remembered we have to leave for Chicago (about 90 minutes from here, in no traffic) right after I get home from work tomorrow, so I had to pull out of cruise mode and enter into StageMom mode. (not really, I just had to pack a bunch of non-sense and search for Irish Dance things like sock glue, a wig, shiny silver spankies, and bobby pins. It's a very twisted part of our world but we love it!) I'm hoping to pack on Sunday and then next Friday while DD is at school I can get the mom stuff done (mani-pedi. Very important.)

Oh, did we ever come up with a plan for anyone getting an upgrade at the port? Not that I think we're going to. DH almost had a stroke when I gave him the total for the Visa bill this month. I think the cost of an upgrade - like, oh, I dunno, to a suite - would do him in completely.
