Glad you were able to use all your ski tickets this year, Heidi.

Have fun at Amish and enjoy your meal, Denine.

No much going on here. A little Facebook play time, I guess. Paul went to Raleigh for the weekend for work. Turner is going to a friend's house tomorrow and I am going to work at my Dad's.

TGIF!!!!

LYMI!:grouphug:

Susan, your twin went home today. Her fun wasn't good yesterday. She got soooo sick on a deep sea fishing tour. Waves were too high for her. LOL Sorry that you never found the wallet. I put away a black hills gold cross necklace before I went in the hospital to deliver the girls and never found it again. It was a might safe place. LOL

Denine, I HATE CAR REPAIRS!!!! Take care of that headache.

Forgot to reapply sunscreen today so I am fried. I can't believe i did that. I have been sooooo careful since all my skin cancer spots.

Tyler's platelets are still low so they are taking him off one med. It's a scary situation doing that. I feel for them.

Must be a busy day for all of you. Last to post last night and the first to post today. We went snorkeling today and saw sooooo many fish that we have never seen before. It was awesome. We saw two big HUGE fish fighting. It scared me soooo bad that I took off. We met some people the first day from CO so we have been chummy with them. They go home on Monday. They keep us laughing that's for sure.

You would think that going through Dad's kitchen wouldn't be that hard. I figured that there would be very little in there that would st me off emotionally. Well, I was wrong!! Made some progress but got distracted every now and then. You never know what item will be the one that triggers the emotions. My Dad has been retired for years but he still had the lunch box he used for years when he worked. Well that was my first breakdown. I can't imagine how the rest of the house will be. I did get through all the food and over half the cabinets.

Not much more to chat about and I am emotionally drained. I am heading to bed but will post more tomorrow when I am more up to it.

Love you guys!

Susan - I'm sorry it was emotionally draining time for you. I hope it gets easier for you.

Yesterday Chris and I spent the day hiking, it was a lot of fun. So glad the weather is getting nicer now! I am sure it will snow soon though because April is our 2nd snowiest months. I am so tired, I didn't sleep at all last night. There is too much going on at work that it seems every Sunday I cannot sleep because I have so much anxiety for work. I kept thinking about all I have to get done and couldn't relax. Plus it didn't help that Chris was snoring and that was getting on my nerves too!

I hope everyone has a good Monday.

Susan:  Just do what you can when you can.

Sandy: OUCH! Hope your sunburn is better! Sounds like you are having a great time!

Heidi: It was fun working in the bagel shop. I didn't make any of them, I was up front stocking and selling them. It was pretty scary when the Bakery Union Guys would come in after hours though. I would be the only one there and these huge men in suits would come in asking questions.

We had a really good day in Amish. The weather was gorgeous!

nice birthday party yesterday.

Today it is back to normal.

hello everyone else!

My eyes are driving me crazy because of all the pollen!!!! We need a good heavy rain to wash it away but that isn't in the forecast for the next 5 days.

We are heading to the DC area Thursday. Turner has hockey try-outs for next season with the DC Capitals AAA U16 team.

I'm not planning to go back and work at my Dad's house for a week or so. Next time I will be a little better prepared for how I will handle things. I just need to expect to get emotional and accept it as OK.

Heidi, I hope you can relax better tonight and not stress about work as much. Love ya!

Denine, glad you had a good time and good weather for your Amish trip. Did you have a good meal?

Hey guys,

Susan, I saw on the news that FL is getting hit real hard with rain today. To bad they can't share a shower or two for you to clear up the air and the pollen. Hang in there kiddo. It is soooo hard going through things. So many memories come creeping up that it's amazing. BUT, it does get easier. The lunch box would have set me off as well.

Denine, we met a couple from Cleveland. Told them where you and Julie live. Nice people. That's the trouble with these kinds of vacations. You meet great people, see and talk to them daily and then you have to go home. Never see them again. We did meet a couple that live south of Barb that we will definitely stay in contact with.

We got a HUGE downpour today. Thankfully, we were showering to get ready for our members party. It stopped long enough to get us over there and then it started up again. Unbelievable rain. I was wondering how the people faired on the second floors of all these bungalows since the roofs are made out of thatch. We got a kick out of a family that we talked to about her son looking up at the ceiling when he was in bed and seeing a bird peeking through the roof looking at him. We only have 2 1/2 days left. I'm ready because I need a homecooked meal but not ready to leave the pampering and the snorkeling. We relaxed so much that we haven't even gone off property.

:scared1: If that little boy can see a bird, I bet they got drenched in the rain! Brittany said they got a ton of rain yesterday (that is Chris's niece who lives in S. Florida). She said it was really bad and that was the last day of her Spring Break.

Susan - My allergies are bad too. I love this time of year but I also hate it! We are supposed to get some rain today, we will see if that is actually accurate because the last time it was supposed to rain we got nothing!

Denine - Glad you had a good day in Amish. How is your weather?

Raining here today. I guess we got a good down-pour while Jerry was going to work. It is just a light rain now.

I am so thankful that I do not have Spring allergies!

Sandy: Your trip went fast!

Good luck to Turner!

Kaleigh has PSR tonight. She had the last 2 weeks off for Easter. She only has this week and next and she misses the last 2 classes for WDW. That went fast too!

Not much going on here. I am trying to pickup the weight loss pace by doing 40 minutes on the TM instead of 30. We will see if it works. I am down 14.9 pounds. I have a LONG way to go. I am taking it 5 lbs at a time. I want to lose as much as I can by cruise time in October.

Denine - that is awesome, congrats on the weightloss! I have learned it is easier to do smaller goals and not get so discouraged.

Tomorrow, taking Turner to pick out his tux for the prom!!!! My little boy is growing into such a handsome young man. I know he'll be good looking in a tux; we saw that back in 2002 on our cruise together!!!

Susan - You have to post pictures of Turner in his Tux. What are his plans for prom? When is it? I just learned that proms aren't always the same and that Florida doesn't do prom the same way CO does so I wonder what other areas do. Here in Colorado we get all dressed up, go out to eat to a nice restaurant, head to prom and dance, and then go to afterprom that lasts until 2:00am. Afterprom is either at the school that has been transformed into some fun activities like a gambling theme, or a bunch of jumping blow up air castles, etc. My afterprom was at an entertainment place where we could "gamble", roller skate, bowl, laser tag, putt-putt golf, arcade. When afterprom gets over with, everyone heads over to Denny's and continues to hang out. In Florida, prom there is catered and the couples eat at Prom and then dance and then all go home after the prom or go to someone else's house to hang out.

Hello everyone!

Susan: Yes, you will have to post pictures of Turner in a tux!

Heidi: Thanks!

We are going to the Indian's game tomorrow! Jerry found cheap tickets on Stubhub. We actually get to sit in the lower level for a change! We are on the 3rd base-line, but under the upper level, so back a bit. It is a noon game and supposed to be in the upper 70's!

:confused3Major Breaking News!!!:confused3

We are NOT looking at tuxes tonight. Turner is talking to Hailey. I think they are breaking up instead of going to the prom. Not his idea. I just dropped him off at her house and will pick him up in an hour or so. She is the one ready to break up and dropped it on him late last night and they haven't had a chance to talk so I took him over there. He is clueless about what happened from 6:30 yeterday evening until 10:30 when he got home from hockey practice.:confused3:confused3

Susan - Oh no, poor Turner. I hope he finds out what happened and why she had a change of mind. So sad. Haven't they been together for awhile? I hope he is okay.

Poor Turner! I thought they were inseparable. Maybe that is the problem? Keep us posted.

Can't wait to go to the ball game today. I hope they win, but am not counting on it.

I could not get on the Dis at all this morning, it kept saying the website was down.

Susan - How did everything go last night with Turner and Hailey?

Denine - Have fun at the game. The Rockies are having a great start again this year!

My mom comes home today!!!

The game was pretty uneventful for the most part. It was 2-0 until the 8th inning. We got 2 guys on and Choo hit a 3-run home run. So, we won 3-2. It was a gorgeous day and we had great seats! We paid only 6.50 each for them. Heck, the nosebleed seats are 7!

I work tomorrow.

Denine - Glad they won!!!! Our team lost yesterday.

My mom made it home last night! I am sure she didn't get home until after 10:00. I called her about 9:15 and they were headed home from the airport,
