Kaleigh seems to be doing a bit better. Maybe the ATB's are kicking in. I didn't check her throat today since I had to work. The codeine cough medicine is helping too. No aerosol treatments today!

Kaleigh did great at her game last night. She got 2 people out at 2nd base in a row and another at first. Hitting, not so good. She did sit out an inning, but that was due to logistics, but she wasn't happy. She hates sitting on the bench. At least it wasn't cool like Tuesday. That wouldn't have been good.

Barb: I don't know why, but I can't ever send hearts back to you on FB.

Heidi: Sounds like you have a nice weekend planned.

I thought Santa went to our church. I just saw him on Sunday. He has a license plate that says 8deer. He gets around! :santa:

Going to our friends tomorrow evening to play cards. We haven't been there in a few months! We may try Cedar Point on Sunday.

Need to cut the grass at some point, may this evening.

Denine, I am happy to hear that Kaleigh is doing better!

Heidi, did you forget that Aunt Glory was at YOUR table and not mine? :) She did mention to me that they will do something but didn't know anything else. Sunday wasn't even mentioned to me.

I wish I knew how to post things but you guys should see a Jiminy magnet that someone just made me. It is the cutest ever. I sure wish I could make a magnet that doesn't fade! I wonder if I could talk my tshirt shop into making me a shirt. Bet they won't do it with copyright issues. Doesn't hurt to ask though.....right?

Well, so much for Kaleigh doing better. She had a fever yesterday and her throat infection turned into bronchitis. UGHH!!!!!!! I can't evaluate the Singulair when she is coughing because of this. I am giving her the codeine cough medicine.

It just finished storming and raining like crazy. Looks like it should be done for now so we can get a walk in.

Supposed to go to friends tonight for cards.

Trying to clean house today.

Jerry doesn't like me spending so much time on my farm.

Might go to Cedar Point tomorrow.

Home from Myrtle Beach and already miss it soooo much!! I wasn't able to log back in the rest of the trip to say hello. I did come here first and haven't been to the farm yet (going soon though). Lots of laundry to do and getting everything unpacked. Paul just left for Atlanta to work for a few days. Our house has a revolving door;).

Denine, hugs to Kaleigh. Asthma is a big downer. I'm making an appointment for Turner next week. He hasn't had ANY issues with asthma since he was eight and now he has had a cough since late March. They have given him ATBs and a steroid dose pack but the cough never goes completely away. I'm thinking he needs to be back on his inhaler. I may have to insist.

Glad Tyler's seizures are better.

I'll be back on tomorrow.

Love you all - mean it!

Hi guys, a stormy afternnoon. Nasty lightning. We are defrosting our 5th wheel refrig and freezer. Getting ready for the road trip.

Mr Tyler got into chocolate covered carmel corn on Thurs. Not sure the details other than Richard called Stacey to tell her. Either he was lax again or one of their help was suppose to babysit and perhaps he got it that way. Anyway, he had tremors yesterday and today while we were there he had a yucky seizure during nap time. The dietician told Stacey that every kid is different and she couldn't predict what would happen. Hopefully, it was the one and only!!! They are at a wedding right now.

Welcome home Susan. You sound pretty relaxed. How's the back?

Denine, how is Kaleigh doing?

I am so worried about Kaleigh. I went to bed at 3 and was up at 6. Her cough is so bad. Cedar Point is definitely out today. Depending on how she is today, I will either take her to the ER or wait until tomorrow and call the doctor. I am concerned her bronchitis is turning into pneumonia. It is 6;45 now. I am so tired, but I am afraid Kaleigh will start coughing and need me, but I won't be able to hear her in my room. Her lungs sound awful.

If Kaleigh is doing ok, then we will go to an art festival at a nearby hospital. We went last year, but it rained. Supposed to be nice this year.

Susan: I didn't realize Turner had asthma. Sounds like you had a nice time at the beach.

Poor Tyler can't seem to go more than a few days without getting something he shouldn't. I hope this will all be a mere memory to him soon.

Julie" Love the new picture of you and Makenzie on FB.

A few hours later and Kaleigh is doing some better. She isn't coughing as much and her lungs don't sound so cruddy. Her throat is still very swollen, so I will be calling the doctor tomorrow.

Been farming all morning. The addiction is still there!!

Almost done with laundry.

Wish I was still at the beach.

My back is better until I sit for a while. Then I have to get up and stand or lie flat. I'm going to the chiropractor tomorrow. Dr. Chad will make it all better;)!

Poor Tyler. Give him hugs for me.

I'll check back in later.

Hi guys, nothing new. Afternoon storms are rolling in again. We are headed to my brothers in a couple of hours to celebrate my nieces bday.

Tyler's worst seizure yesterday was a 7 minute one. He had several last night. I think this diet would be a bit easier with an older child that you can reason with.

Laundry is calling. Talk to you later.

Finished all my :laundy::woohoo:!!

Back to work tomorrow :sad1:

Got a lot of farming done today :goodvibes

Here's something for all my firends...:flower3::grouphug:

Susan, you are cracking me up. Last to join Facebook. Just wanted to check it out and you are now hooked. LOL :)

Hey guys!

Sandy, how's our Tyler doing? Bless his little heart! 7min. seems like forever to a little one and to the mommy and daddy and grandparents watching! Keep us posted on the little guy!

Susan, if you want, I have laundry for you to do!!!;) You're a lean mean farming machine.

Nothing exciting going on right now for the moment, but I will keep you posted if anything does! Oh, Garry fell down the steps a few nights ago... darn cat was laying on the step and he didn't see her and stepped on her (I think just got the edge of her fur) and slid down the steps. His back is killing him! Mom is doing great, Dad..... not so good. Long story but his one leg isn't doing too well. I will know more later on today.

Well gonna run and try and get some sleep!

TTFN

I cannot believe I thought the same as Gary did when I read Denine's statement about Santa!!!!!!

Susan - glad you had a good vacation and your back to farming!

Julie - I hope you got some sleep. You were up either very late or very early.

Barb - how was your weekend?

Gary - hope your back is better.

This weekend we went to Cave of the Winds and Pikes Peak. At the Cave of the Winds we took the lantern tour which was a lot of fun for most of us. Unfortunately during our latern tour they told truw ghost stories and scared the heck out of the girls so they cried through most of it. Brittany enjoyed it though. At one time we blew out all the lanterns and it was pitch black and you couldn't see your hand in front of your face. I told Chris I am now joining a cave group to go splunking!

Denine - any news from the doctor yet?

Good Morning!
Had a good weekend. Took Ethan to the pool yesterday. It was soo hot! I have a pretty good base tan and I used sun screen and still burned. Bob was working so it was just Ethan and I but we had a good time.

Heidi-I worked at Cave of the Winds when I was 16. It was a fun job.

Sandy- I am so sorry about Tyler. It has got to be so hard for him since he can't understand why some things are off limits.

Susan-Welcome back. Sounds like a Super Fun vacation!

Denine-Hope Kaleigh is feeling better. Some people just not very understanding about farming! Do they just not understand the value of growing, plowing, building.... Ahhhh :cloud9:
I had to set an 11:00 bed time for myself. I use to be able to stay up until 1:00-2:00 and still get up at 4:30 and be fine but seems the past few weeks I have been really dragging. So guess I will have to back off my farm some. :guilty:

Julie-OUCH! Poor Garry!! How is he doing? Glad he didn't break anything.

Hey everyone. I am waiting to hear back from the doctor. Don't know if I need to take her in or if I will just get a new ATB. Kaleigh was up again for an hour in the middle of the night coughing. She is so exhausted that she fell asleep sitting up leaning against me.

Julie: Hope Garry's back is feeling better. Keep us updated on your dad's leg.

Poor Tyler. How much longer is Stacey going to try the diet?

Heidi: Sounds like a great weekend.

Barb: Sounds like you had a nice time at the pool even though you got burned.

I ordered 2nd grade for Kaleigh this morning.

Jerry is working from home today. We are all exhausted.

We went to the art festival yesterday. It was a nice, sunny day. I got kaleigh a couple of dresses for Samantha. I thought she needed a little pick-me-up since she has been sick for so long plus we couldn't go to Cedar Point. I love looking at all the artwork and sculptures and stuff for sale. I like some, but it is too much money to spend. I did get a couple of small items; a blown-glass bird to put in a flower pot and a blown-glass ball to hang. They are really pretty.
I gave blood at the festival too.

Barb - how cool that you worked at the Cave. What did you do there?

Good grief, it is lightning something fierce right now. The clouds and darkness were kind of scary to me so I came home. Just looked like hail to me. For some reason, I just don't want a hail dented car.

Julie, isn't that how you got hurt, too? DIdn't you slide down the stairs with Brooke?

Denine, how long does it take to get your 2nd grade work? Do they have the lesson plans all worked out or do you do it?

Barb, I find it so cool that you worked at Cave of the Winds. Ted and I honeymooned in Co Spgs and went there. Really enjoyed it.

Heidi, dad has a retirement meeting to go to this Thurs at 5:00. The last one took about an hour. Do you want to wait for us to go down to the campground? I was going to look for something cool for Halloween this weekend but the storm came in too fast. I did go to the party store and bought a few junk stuff for Stacey's candy trading bin.

For the rest of you, the campground celebrates holidays throughout the year and this one is Halloween. Richard has a scary haunted house, kids go trick or treating, people decorate, that kind of a thing. Anyway, last weekend was Fiesta weekend so they had a pinata. They allowed Joey and Tyler to play. She went out before it and bought a bunch of little things so that they could trade their candy for toys etc. They will have to trade again this coming weekend. I want to find something fun to put in their trick or treat pails or sacks, whatever they use. Any ideas?

The hail has hit. I knew it would.
