Good morning.

Heidi, did you hear about all the snow this Friday into Saturday???? Stacey is suppose to get 1 to 3 FEET. We are under a watch. Even if it clears for the 60 on Sunday, if the pathways are snowy, I can't walk 3 miles in boots even though I can get my insoles in them. Oh man........stay tuned. We are suppose to get our lawn aerated on Fri. Hope it happens!

Denine, bet your grass is loving the rain. Did you fertilize yet?

Barb, are you suppose to get dumped on this weekend? It took me by surprise when Stacey told me about it this morning.

I had no idea we were suppose to get snow until you said something! I went on 9news and it looks like we could get a lot, but it looks like it is going to really dump on Barb and Stacey. I hope it doesn't ruin things for the race. I don't have comfortable boots!

Man, it really upsets me. We made the tshirts and everything. Good thing though. IF you are able to drive to get the girls, you could go sledding.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.:cake::bday: I am now officially 59 and holding...

Philadelphia got some sad news:sad1: The voice of the Phillies died in the broadcast booth on my birthday - Harry Kalas. Everyone loved Harry.

JULIE: Good luck with home care. As Denine said, the Social Workers are the most knowledgeable about what is available but in N.J. Medicare pays nothing for home care and it is really expensive. My mother paid about $40.00 an hour with a minimum of three hour visit twice a week and that was the cheapest. Wait a minute! Anna Marie can NOT be in college. Am I really getting THAT old.

BARB: The wedding sounded almost dreamlike.

SANDY: Colorado is STILL getting snow. All New Jersey gets is rain.

Up to page three already. You girls are too much. Off to work Thursday and Friday and, of course, the sun is coming out those days! Hope you all have a terrific night. Miss you all :grouphug: Toodles, JEANNE :genie: alias DISNEY DUDETTE TWO :earsgirl::earsgirl:

Looks like a very cold day today. It is foggy and overcast. Hoping the snow may come early so it melts by Sunday morning!

1-3' of snow :scared1::scared1::scared1: I hope you can get your walk in on Sunday.

Supposed to be sunny and upper 50's today!

Jerry did fertilize the yard to try to green it up quicker. Our lawn is so slow to green in the spring. We have Kentucky bluegrass, so I think that makes a difference. It is trying though.

The park program yesterday was interesting. The kids got to do an activity after the talk and then we went to a home that was a stop on the underground railroad. The home was built in 1820.
Today is a homeschool program at the park on the food cycle.

I really need to start getting things around for vacation. I just haven't had time.

At least I am done working until after vacation. That is what happens when the DON only gives me 2 mornings a month.

Wow! Jeanne posted.

Hello everyone else!

Ya Denine, 1 to 3 feet. You guys got it early in the season. We are getting it at the end. They said that the weather could change this weekend but not for the better. It is hard to fathom that much snow and the next day be 62! That underground railroad must have been very interesting. It's nice that you guys can tour things like that.

How cool. That sounds very interesting.

I love the T-shirts!!!! Driving into work today it was raining, as I approached my office it started snowing pretty heavy. When I woke up this morning I laughed and thought there is no way it is going to snow with how much rain we got and it was pretty warm out, guess I was wrong!

Proud mom moment: We got Kaleigh's CAT scores back yesterday. She scored in the 98th percentile overall! To continue homeschooling she only needed to score in the 25th percentile which I thought was unacceptable.

Supposed to be near 70 today! :cool1:

I won't know what to do with my afternoon today since we don't have a park program .

We will go for a walk today.

Maybe I can even get some work done in my yard this weekend.

Kaleigh has her last Sunday school class on Sunday, then she will start PSR in the fall.

Mom - We get released at 2:00 today. Can I come and get snowed in at your house???!!! We don't have any food. lol

Sure, I can take you in. I won't have your dad. Chick flicks and girl talk sounds like fun to me! (especially since I can't go anywhere today. Still waiting for Bob to aerate or call. I called him but no answer)

Sounds like fun!!! Lifetime movies.....yay!

They postponed the walk until June 9th. They said that with the standing water and all the snow that it wouldn't be good for wheelchairs, strollers and children. They have a point. Poor Heidi won't be able to make it because she will be on her trip. She is very bummed.
