Sue: Glad to hear everything went well yesterday. Sorry about the van.

Happy anniversary Patty!

Julie: Jerry and I won't be in costumes. We couldn't justify the cost. This afternoon will be fine.

Sandy: Forget about the truck. The old one runs just fine! GO to WDW!! ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo ::yes::

No more work until November!!!!!!!

:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Watched 2 shows on the Travel Channel Friday night about WDW. One of them was new. We can't wait! :hyper:

Hey Denine, when you are down at WDW, look into the Magical gatherings for the cruisers in Dec. I don't really know what it all intails, but maybe something like roped off veiwing area for illuminations or something like that.

Hey Bonnie, you read it wrong, he didn't get his job by dumb luck, he was refering to you with that comment. He had a two day interview process along with months and MONTHS of studying for the written part of the test. So HE will supervise you two with the painting and such!:hyper: You know you can't win when going up against the KING of wit!:smooth:

Good morning!! Hope everyone has a great Monday. No much new going on here. Gotta deal with the van issue today:worried: and Paul comes home late tonight.

Have a great day!

months and MONTHS of studying for the written part of the test.
Now see, I would only have to review a few days before...not months and months...goes to show you intelligence wins!! It certainly would not take months and months for this superior brain!

Sorry to hear about the loss Susan...it isn't the winning that counts though as long as he played his best and tried hard.

Denine! Lucky you...no work until November AND ::MickeyMo WDW::MinnieMo on top of it! No fair!!!

Go now for a group :grouphug: hug:hug: goodbye. Toodles::MickeyMo :wave2: JEANNE

Good Morning!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Sorry Susan about the van. Car problems are not fun!!

We took Tiffany's car to get the muffler replaced. She will turn 16 in Jan and she is getting Jaymee's Mazada since Jaymee has the Mustang now. We have a few repairs to do to the Mazada and it will be all ready for another 16 year old.

Less then a month from now I will be telling Bob about the surprise trip:rolleyes: Hope he will be happy about it.

How is the truck search coming along Sandy??

Barb:smooth:

Good morning! :wave2:

1 year ago today we saw Kaleigh for the 1st time princess:

Julie: I will be more than happy to find out about Magical Gatherings. It was good to see you yesterday!

Have to work on packing and gathering stuff this week. Jerry wants to leave VERY early on Saturday. :moped:

Kaleigh now says "Tiggah". Jerry had her watching "Book of Pooh" while I was at work and she was saying it. I heard her last night and this morning.

Sue: Jerry found out yesterday that there will be a race in Charlotte on Saturday. He had been hearing about this particular race for months, but just yesterday found out the date. How did we get so lucky? good luck with the van.

Sandy: Any decisions yet?????? ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo :hyper: :bitelip: :scratchin

Good morning! Thank you everyone for your concern and prayers on Dylan and the anniversary wishes. 30 years yesterday! Hard to believe that I'm THAT old!

We've digested what we know on Dylan so far and we do realize that it could be much much worse. There is nothing wrong with his brain and for that we are very thankful. They have to change the lighting in their home to give him the best advantage and the doctors even suggested teaching him braille while he can still see. Who knows what the specialists in Baltimore will have to say also. Julie is being very strong and is talking about vitamin therapy and diet already. She has read case history's on the internet that say you can minimize the deterioration that way. Oh the name of his disease is "cone dystrophy".

:wave2: :wave2: HI EVERYONE!! :wave2: :wave2:

Finally found a chance to get back online and read all of the pages of post that I missed  !! Things have been just crazy here  We have been busy with soccer. Kristen just got her bottom braces on last Thursday and then at her game she took a ball right in the face  Then five minutes later she twisted her knee and might have torn something. I am going to see how she does on it today before I run her to the doctor. It is probably nothing. :sunny:

Everything else here is fine, I have been in kind of a blah mood the last couple of weeks. I think that everything since my dad died is starting to catch up with me......

Julie -- I really enjoyed hearing from you last week. I am now getting emails from you but nothing on the gift exchange. Did you draw names??? If I missed the boat that is ok.

Take care and more soon!!!

Laurie, you didn't miss the boat. I didn't draw names yet. Still waiting to get a few more families confirmed this week, hopefully. I will let you all know who you get when I do.

Julie-If Mom is one you are waiting for. Count her in. She will not be back until Oct 15. I'm sure she will want to be in.

Barb:smooth:

Julie: The info about Magical Gatherings is now up the Official Website. I don't know if we can link our ressies or not, since we are already booked. Everyone has to be in a select Disney hotel, but it doesn't say which ones are included.

Hi everyone. OMG look at all of these smileys next to the post-reply page! Whoa, I just lost my train of thought. They're all bouncing and waving over there. Yikes. OK, ummm, resettling here.... OK

First of all, Great to hear from you Laurie! Hope Kristen's knee and lower lip don't swell too bad! I had a flash back of that Bubba Gump guy, LOL, I can't remember if he limped though.
Ah, I can really pick on kids, huh? That's the funnest part of parenting, I think. Kick that blah mood! If picking on the kiddo doesn't work, schedule yourself a break and rent a really funny movie. Let's see, Inner Space was a riot, Hey everyone, what's the funniest movie ever, in your opinions?

Patti(y), Dylan has a GREAT family to support him in every challenge possible. He'll be SO strong.

Uh Oh, there went my free moment. Hey, does anyone know where they sell those velcro sheet and jammie sets that Bill Crosby talked about? One just popped back out of bed.
See ya
Lori

Nothing exciting going on around here. Makenzie had preschool today and the rest of the day was same old same old.

Lori, when do you leave for Hawaii? Can I go in your luggage? Duck tape works well for keeping little ones in bed! (just kidding!)

Barb, I wonder how your mother is doing on her cruise. I keep thinking about her! I know she is having fun, but not as much as if we were with her:teeth:!

Have a great day everyone!

Ok Bonnie you are sooo right! With your theory, a kid who is applying for a job at a fast food restaurant who has to take a quick additions test to make sure they can give correct change has A FAR MORE SUPERIOR MIND then a doctor who studies for several months tothe medical boards to pass and become a professional. I can see why you think your mind is more superior! Working in a cozy office on a computer all day vs making split second decisions that has a lasting affect on peoples lives...hmmm I see your point. ENOUGH SAID!! !:chat: We will move on to another subject.

With that out of the way, are you getting excited for Glenn to arrive? DO you have big plans for the weekend or are you going to take it easy and just stay close to home? Tell Glenn that his Disney family (yes he had been officially become a family member!) says hi and that we all can't wait to meet him in person in Dec!!!!!!!!!

Have a great weekend if we don't get a chance to chat before he arrives!

What's with this bantoring back and forth. Can't we all just feel the love - group :grouphug: hug .

Poor Dodger has had diarrhea and I made the special white rice, plain yogurt & hamburger mixture but he won't even eat that so I weakened & gave him an imodium. I can only hope it works! Tonight he is going back with my son Derek anyway since I am working Wednesday & Thursday & then leaving for Ocean City, New Jersey. I am very depressed since the weatherman is predicting rain for Saturday:worried: Joyce & I have been looking forward to this weekend. It is supposed to be beautiful all week (of course) until Friday.

Hope you all have a great day. Garry & Bonnie behave! Toodles:wave2: ::MickeyMo JEANNE
