Oct 1 Availability Watch Thread

Is there a thread somewhere for this yet?

I’m assuming by Oct 1 Disney will be able to open to much greater capacity. Since my AP wasn’t able to be renewed until today, I was never able to make a reservation for that day.

Is there any speculation about when they might release more space? Is this something I shouldn’t even worry about? I just don’t want to miss it when they drop the spaces.

My wife and I were fortunate enough back in December to get reservations for 10/1 for Resort Guest availability after Passholder had already filled up, but I think this is a great idea. If anyone sees reports of added availability or sees availability open up (even while checking other dates), they should come here and post it. That way for those who are still looking, they can have an alert set up for posts here.
