Occupancy for 1 bedroom

We just bought Sarasota Springs yesterday. I've been going to Disney almost annually for the last decade but never really considered the club before. We are excited to use it next year. My question is what is the occupancy limit for a 1 bedroom? I have 4 kids between the ages of 9mos. and 9. Our rep. said we could stay in a 1 bedroom. The baby in a crib and the three others in the den. Is that feasible? Will Disney allow it? When I stayed at Disney last week, I rented two rooms.

Once I figure out the basics, someone can explain to me all the point trading, repurchases, etc. (I'm not quite ready for that yet.)

Stated occupancy limits for a 1 BR are 4 plus a child under 3 in the pack n play.
