O/T-- The DIS doesn't remember my username

It's been at least several weeks now, and the DISboards are not remembering my username and password, so each time I visit the site, I have to log in again. I got a new laptop at about the same time the DIS switched servers, so I'm not sure if it's my laptop, the new servers, or what . Cruise Critic (my other major time-suck ) still remembers my username and password. It's just here on the DIS that I'm having problems. I'm using Google Chrome. Any of you computer-types have a solution for me?? Thanks to anyone who can help!! --Katie

Clear cookies and sign in again.

It does that to me too...even when I clear cookies and log in again.

OK just cleared cookies, cache and all browsing history. I'll update in an hour or two and we'll see if I'm fixed! Thanks for the help.--Katie

Doing that doesn't fix the issue for me, but I'm glad I'm not the only one that has been having the issue. Both my work and home computer suddenly started refusing to remember who I am I think 3-4 weeks ago.

Me too, been that way since the server fix as well. Clearing cookies didn't work. Pain in the you-know-what. I'm using Google Chrome as a browser -- is it the same for people on other browsers?

It did that same thing to me a couple of weeks ago, then all of a sudden it quit doing it and I have been signed in ever since. I'm using Internet Explorer. Hope it stops for everyone else who is having problems soon. It was a pain in the butt there for a while.

I use Firefox, at work and at home.

It happened to me as well, and I use firefox. I emailed the link on "contact us" and within two days it was fine.
