[Disney Ontario]

I don't know how many Ontario scrapbookers that are on here but I thought I could try. Does anyone know of the BEST scrapbooking store in Southern Ontario?

I'm in NB and just started scrapbooking.

I am interested in Southern Ontario cause we go to Ottawa and Barrie quite a bit so we could stop in Toronto and area too....


Maybe we could start a thread for Scrappers to show off our work on the Canadian board.

Scrapbook girl here as well.
I love the scrapbook stores in Kingston. Lasting Memories is a really good one. The Michael's there is fantastic as well. Auntie Ems in Cornwall is good too. Ottawa seems to be lacking in the scrapbook dept. It seems that any independent store that comes in to town doesn't last. I find it very frustrating. I went to Toronto a few years ago and hit a store called "Scrapbooks by design" in I believe the beaches area and it was fantastic. Dh liked it b/c there was a nice leather chair for him to sit in and read the paper while I shopped....until he got the bill

Try the Scrapbox in Ottawa...(Near Montreal ROad.

I know the owner and she hosts crops and is very nice.

I also hear the scrapbooking store in Dundas is great, if your into stamping. For Woodstock, they closed then reopened with new owners but there is not the stock like the first owners.
For Michaels, they are quite high in price but I go with a coupon in hand or thier Cricut cartriges are on sale.

My votes go to The Memory Keeper in Hamilton, and The Scrapping Bug in Kitchener. I have been to the Scrapping Turtle in St. Jacobs before but understand it has a differnt owner since I was there.

I have heard that there is a great store in Mississauga but can't think of it right now...

Just got an email from The Scrapping Turtle in St. Jacobs about a scrapbooking cruise. Nov.12 2011/ Florida, Cozumel, Belize ect. 5 nights and starts at $439 a person. I would love to get a group of scrappers and go.

I like the store in Woodstock (http://allaboutscrapbooks.blogspot.com/) and the Scrapping Bug in Kitchener (http://www.thescrappingbug.com/xcart/home.php). I was quite disappointed with the Scrapping Turtle in St. Jacobs, I was expecting something much bigger.
