Nut Allergy at Wishes Dessert Party

This is Great to Hear! We had wanted to do it but just didn't think it would be worth it for our son who has a peanut/tree nut allergy. When he say the picture of the dessert his eyes popped out of this head..

Now has anyone done this who has a Wheat/Gluten {Celiac}Allergy? My Mom would love to do this too.
