I really can't stand it when my co-workers judge my decisions... granted I have only been there about 3 months. The fact is that they don't know me. During my second month, we went to Disney for our honeymoon (planned for a year before). About four weeks later when we figured out our finance plan, we made a reservation to go back.

But they don't know a thing about me. And, that gives them no right to judge how I spend my vacation time or my relaxation time. (Heck, I scheduled it around our slow season).

My boss does occasionally make comments like this... not about Disney though. You just have to ignore them or step up and say you don't appreciate it.

I told my Mother the other day that as soon as I find a job I will be planning and booking another trip back- she says "Wouldn't you like to go somewhere else?" Uhhh....NO!

We went to the Cape every weekend in summer and Vermont every weekend of the ski season as kids. Why can't I go to the same place on vacation?

I went for my first trip on my honeymoon Aug 2003, I hated it, said I was never going back. Then we went in May 2004, it was the BEST- now I am dying to go back!!!!

My family thinks Im odd for going twice in one year. Oh well. I even said they should come with us, we could have a group visit- they weren't interested. ...sigh...
