Now that BLT is here...what about GCV?

Ok SSR is now closed, BLT and AKV and THV are for sale. Does anyone know how long before AKV sell out? We are waiting for GCV. I saw somewhere that DVC has applied for their timeshare license or whatever for GCV in FL but generally how long is that before they start selling? How long was it that they had that license before BLT was announced?

I would guess it is going to be a while. I think there is still half of Kidani Village building to declare and sell.

I read somewhere that CA laws require 90% completion before sales can begin. Plus they are only selling 50 units so they don't need as big a head start.

We know about as much on the sale date of VGC as we did about BLT.
