i though more like those dinos who ate Newman ( from Seinfeld, not the one who posts here) in Jurrasic park 1 but creepy how dangerous a flower looks i was using my phoenix macro lens, i think that is the 1:2 ratio and i should have but didn't use my tripod ( lazy lazy lazy)
thanks....well i have tried a few times but they are to expensive to kill at the rate i did so now i just go to the greenhouse in Cleveland and enjoy them there
Great idea! My MIL was quite good at "raising" orchids and I wish I could grow them, but I am horrible with indoor plants. I prefer being outside too much I guess.
I'll be making a trip to my local greenhouse this Spring!
i like the lamp pole angle and placement and mts. in number 2 better but the sky and trees in number one so could you move the pole? seriously maybe could you get rid of the trees in number 2? i think there aren't quite enough of them to really add much but enough to kind of distract from the pole, sky, and mts. i like it. it's kind of like cold and lonely desolation which isn't a bad thing and i like the grayish cast to the snow cause it adds to that monochromatic type color palette...but then i like odd cacti so who am i to say
Geez, ya don't want much, do ya?! Thanks for the comments. I'll have to go earlier next weekend and take that second photo again from a different angle and with better light. Or change the light settings. I've got to do something about the graininess, too. In fact, the more I look at the photo, the less happy I am with it.
