Now driving from airport.......

Well, due to mini-van prices being $$$ for next week, I decided to just rent from airport and keep the van for the week(really only need for back end of our trip to drive to Tampa)........so guess I'll cancel the ME. Question - how is the drive from Orlando airport to Disney(POLY)? How long should I plan if I land at 10am, get our luggage, pickup car at Enterprise(best rate on van) and drive to hotel?
Thanks! I will miss the luggage service but at least I'll have access to car during our stay should I need it.........now I need to get directions!

Last trip I rented a mini-van from the airport, I had dh get the van and install the car seats while I took my girls on the magic express bus. This way we didn't have to wait for luggage. We got to the resort about the same time.

Just talked about doing the same thing w/my DD(13). I told her it would probably be fun for them(DH, DD(11), & DS(8) to take the ME and then I would navigate the rental car and meet them at the resort. Glad to hear you arrived at similar time.
