CJK, mornings are the worst times for me. I almost always exercise later in the day. sometimes it is hard to get my workout in once I get involved in my day, but I'm afraid I will never be one of those people who can get up early and get moving in the morning. I've given up on that and just do what works best for me.
Hi there - well I'm adding another 150 minutes - 90 minutes of strenuous gardening (mulching - lots of mulching!!) and a 60 minute walk today
