NOVEMBER Exercise Challenge

Thanks, Julie, for once again hosting the challenge! I know everyone really appreciates all you have been doing!

Jill, the clippie is really cute! Can't wait to add it to my siggie!

My goal this month will be 1500 min. We will be going away at the end of the month and I know I will not get much exercise in then. Hopefully I will have my goal before we leave and anything after that will be bonus minutes.

As of the end of yesterday I have 30 min on my bike and 20 x-training, so I am starting at 50/1500.
 
60min. of aerobics today. I hope to do some weight training later today but for now, my total is 120/1400.
 
60 minutes today on the treadmill doing walk/run intervals, for a total of 180/1200 so far in November.

If I can still sign up, I'd love to be in for the November challenge. I'm going for 1500 minutes for the month of November. Hopefully, I can do that - I'm sure going to try!!

I'm at 75/800. I find that doing the same cardio workout gets easier every time :)

Goldcupmom: I noticed i'm down for the wrong goal on the OP. It should have originally been out of 500 but I've changed my goal anyways. My new goal is 800 minutes. Thanks so much for organizing the challenge! It must be a lot of work! I better get working :yay:

60min. of interval training on the treadmill today bringing my total to 180/1400. Boy, was it hard today. Do other people find some days of exercising harder than others? :confused3

CJK, I definitely have days that are harder than others. Sometimes it's a factor of how much I have been eating, (feeling weak when I haven't eaten much for a day or two) and sometimes it has to do with things like um, my cycle, lol.

Adding 110 minutes today: 60 lifting weights with my trainer, and 50 doing intervals on the treadmill.

Total: 290/1200
 
Got a 3 day total, between elliptical and weight training, put in 200 minutes towards my 1300.
 
Haven't done one of these before, but I'd like to jump right in. I'm going to start slow though since it's already the 3rd and this month is so busy. Community yard sale this weekend. A wedding the next weekend. WDW :cool1: the weekend after that. Then Thanksgiving. We also do our major gift giving at Thanksgiving, so I have all that to get ready as well. :crazy: See, I'm already making excuses. I need some accountability, so all of you have my permission to come and cyber-kick my keister into gear.
 
45 min more for today added to yesterdays 30 min 75/1300. Good thing the weekend is here, and I can get in a good long workout!
 
I got in 20 minutes today, that puts me at 95/800.

That puts me at 11% of my goal! Yippee! :cheer2:
