November Exercise Challenge -Time to do the Turkey Trot!

Christmas is right around the corner, & Thanksgiving is truly upon us. Time to get in shape for all that Black Friday shopping, so we all need to get those bodies in motion!

So, as usual, commit to as many or as few minutes you WILL exercise this month. ANYTHING you consider exercise counts! Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers. I will update this periodically....hopefully frequently!

I will be home the entire month of November, so I have no excuse for not exercising! I'll start with a goal of 1200 minutes this time. :)
 
September I was so close to 2000. October I shot for 1900 and came up a few hundred minutes short. Hard to know what to try for during this holiday month. I will be very off schedule! I guess I'll try for 1700. Hopefully I can hustle my bustle to the turkey trot!

Hi - I'd like to join this challenge. :wave2:

I'm going to shoot for 1000 minutes. I do all of my walking/running outside, so I'm just hoping that Mother Nature will be kind. ;)

I am at 37/1000.....got a ways to go, but hey, I am on the books!
 
Yay for moving more! I'm signed up for a Turkey Trot (love the idea of running before a gluttonous marathon of eating), as well as December and January 5K's! I plan on keeping active this winter and beating those winter blues.

Going for 960 minutes this month. So far, I'm 60/960.
11/05/11 = 105/960
 
I'm a little late for this but I'd like to *try* to do 1500 minutes this month. I need to up my cardio anyway but so far for this month I'm only at 47/1500. But I will get to the gym tonight!
 
Ok this month I"m going to make it... I'm shooting for 1000 min... so far I'm at 40/1000
