November Exercise Challenge - Stuffing is for Turkeys, NOT for WISHers!!

I did 40 this morning. That brings me to 222/1350. I didn't get in any really big workouts this week, as I am fighting a cold and both kids have been sick, so we haven't been to the Y since Monday. Hopefully I can get in about two hours or so over the weekend.......P
 
I did a ridiculous 120 yesterday, 120 today. :yay:
Brings me to 390/1200. I'm thinking of changing my goal to 1500.

I did 15 yesterday and again today. That brings me to 75/900. I'm hoping to get in lots over the weekend and maybe a second workout in tonight.

I did ok this week and so far I am at 90/500. Hoping to get some good time in this weekend also.

Well, so much for my attempt at lots of exercise this week. I got 15 in yesterday and 20 in today. That brings me to 110/900. Better get going if I want to make my goal!

I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and another 25 minute high intensity workout on some machine I have at home bringing me to 185/900. Hoping to do the same, or more! tomorrow. Thanks for doing this!
