I need to get in more run time - seems like my mornings have just been too crazy and I'm not much for running in the dark. Time to hit the treadmill!

I have never really tracked hours for the month, so this has been a little eye opening. I usually track miles both running and biking per week/month. I set a mile goal and never really paid attention to how many minutes each week total it would take me to reach that mile goal. So I took a stab in the dark when I posted my goal minutes for the month. I guess I will need to up my minutes next month.

11/15 80 min bike ride on the trainer
11/16 90 min bike ride on the trainer
11/17 65 min bike ride on the trainer
11/18 35 min bike ride and 40 min run

It's really quite funny now. If I start getting a little frustrated, down, etc all I think about is mile 9 and I am smiling. It truly was a horrible run, but I swear so very good for me. Still not sure if I will do a half marathon again, that was my 10th and maybe my last for at least awhile. I am fighting some nasty tendonitis in both my achilles tendons. But I finished that stinking race, even if I was flashed to the world at my happy place.:rotfl2:

Ok, I am back and will update tonight. We cancelled our Thanksgiving trip (it was another quick one) because we are pooped! DS is going to come here instead. I am kind of scared to see how far behind I am on my minutes. Saturday I walked my mile around the tail gaiters at the USC/Florida football game. It was pretty fun. :)

Anyhow, hope everyone is getting in lots of activity and I will be back later today. :goodvibes
