sixty min today and yesterday brings me to 825/1000. Trying to pump it up to counteract the wonderful thanksgiving feast.
 
I am on a roll and have exercised 60 minutes a day for every day this week. I am now at

840/500 !!!!!

I have reached my goal but my goal was pretty puny so that may not mean much. It is a start and I will keep moving.
