Following! We want to go on the least crowded week in November or December when it's all decorated for Christmas! So excited to start planning!

We went last year Nov. 7-15 and the free dining was available then. We're planning to go back Nov. 11-19, 2016 and my fingers are crossed that it will be offered then as well. We stayed off property last time, so I am looking forward to trying the free dining!

was it completely ready for the holidays at this week? Trying to figure out which week to go. We want low crowded but holidays up!

Planning to go from the 29th October till the 12th November and was hoping to book at Art of Animation. A friend of mine told me that Art of Animation does not get free dining, is that correct? Which of the value resorts do get free dining over this period generally?

If think the exclusion is usually only on the Little Mermaid rooms.

This is the time of year that I really want to go. I have to make a decision because we are tentatively planning for June, right now. Not sure I can wait until Nov/Dec! It's been a couple years since we've been.

Last year, Port Orleans didn't offer the Free Dining at that time period. Also, I don't think the Royal rooms are included. Sorry.

Joining in here. We are going late October-early November and hoping for FD. Wanted to book bounce back this last time, but no good dates, so here I go again stalking for free dining. We've had it 8 times now, and can't get a trip in the budget now without it. Our dates are flexible so we can go anytime in October- December.

Mid-November--Sun-Tues Thanksgiving week. Is it ridiculous to hope for a room discount? Do they even send PIN codes anymore? I used to get them, haven't seen one in a couple of years.

There is no way to know if it is going to be offered at all this year, but history says that it would probably not be available over Thanksgiving. That is a busier time for the park so I am guessing they have an easier time filling rooms and don't need as many discounts.

I booked BB for Mid December 2016. Wondering if the prices drop or they usually stay the same throughout the year?

I did as well, but if FD comes available, it may be a better deal for us. My crew wants to move to the BC, but for now we are booked at POR with 25% off. The BC was 30% off but was still $1500 more for our stay. What to do....wht to do....

Where did you find 25% off? I didn't think the codes extended into December...

I booked a BB when I was there in December. The offer had several dates open for DEcember 2016, and since one of the little girls did not fare well in August, I took it. It is 30% of selected Deluxe Resorts. I priced Beach Club but did not want to commit to it, so I kept POR. I has originally booked POFQ, which was included in the BB, but then worried if we ended up a party of 5, I would be stuck, and switched.

If we are 5, and a FD is offered in December, we may save money switching to FD, and I may move to BC if it is open. The girls Mom really wants that resort, and she really does not like Disney, So it may be an answer. I leave her there (the only way I said she can ever come with us again is if we can leave her sorry sad beach loving carcass at the resort!LOL) and take the girls with me.

Following, We are planning Nov 12-22 with 12 at AKL DVC, Nov 13-15 Swan and looking for a special for room discount or Free dining to book 15-22nd Prefer Port Orleans Riverside as its the only Mod we haven't tried. If they are not offering Free dining looking at Coronado again.

We are planning a dis cruise from Miami and then driving up for 5 nights the eeek before Christmas at Wilderness Lodge would love any type of discount. Waiting...but the planning has started
