November 3rd: 4 night Disney Dream - Who is joing us?

Hey fellow cruisers. I deactivated FB for awhile. Just needed a break. If there is anything important including meet and greets please post it here. We are still interested in meeting everyone. Soon everyone, very soon!!!!!

I am surprising my boys with MK MNSSHP on Friday night 11/1 so Ive been planning for extra stuff and we just bought a new Honda Accord yesterday and all Ive been doing it packing the suitcases and stuff in it to see if we can drive it down to FL instead of the Honda Pilot to save $$$ in gas for more Disney $$$. Cant Wait!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey all... I posted this to theFB page, but wasn't sure if everyone was on both. I just changed my port arrival time to 1030. It looks like they have opened up more slots and changed to 15 minute slots. Can't wait for our cruise!!!

Just got my Cruise Documents and luggage tags in the mail along with our Disney pirate t-shirts and pirate ears Mickey hat for Pirate night. So excited!!!!!!!

We got our docs & tags Saturday SIX WEEKS TO GO!!! This board needs a bit more ....Palo Brunch is calling me..........My wife Teresa & I went over some plans..I have promised NOT to consume more than 10,000 calories a day and no more than 15 adult beverages daily ...one must have some discipline, LOL

I have been watching the Dream leave on the port canaveral webcam every Thursday and Sunday, and when the do the close ups of people waving, I can't help but think......... I WANT TO BE THEM!!!!

Happy 4 weeks everyone!!!! 4 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I called DCL today on a whim and bumped us from an 8A to a 4E with a double veranda on deck 5. Did I mention a double veranda!!! Hey come to find out, only a few of these rooms on the ship and someone must have cancelled just before my call Now I am stoked and have to keep it from the kids. We also found out the a classmate of my 9 yo DS will be cruising with us. This is looking more and more awesome.

Since I added a night at OKW and kids will miss Halloween I got us MNSSHP tickets for MK on Friday night, ordered our Pirate shirts and Halloween Tees from the Disney store and they all arrive the same day. Around the same time our cruise documents came. I was skipping around like a school-girl. Also, have our eye patches and Pirate Mickey ear hats all packed too!! Then we went to Six Flags Freight Fest and got a light-up Tiara for me and flickering devil horns headbands for the boys Now Target, my other addiction, had Disney ToT bags and glow necklaces also so lets add a little more to the luggage since we driving!!!

Only downside is we can't completely pack Weather here in NJ is beautifully warm for October meaning shorts and tshirts. Its really taking a toll on my planning. But I shouldn't complain.......

Okay I know, I'm rambling but I am so excited and my husband is hiding from me nowadays......

Hi All- Yes, less than 4 weeks to go ..we should be firming up our meeting plans, yes? Are we still meeting for the Sail Away at 2:30 in the District area, and if so, what lounge?....BTW, anybody ever get a complimentary upgrade right before or at check-in for a better cabin? We're in a 5B, and I would love a Cat 4, slightly bigger cabin.....any suggestions?

Hi all, I think they moved the meet and greet to the Vista Cafe on deck 4, at 230. Wouldn't want anyone to miss it!!

We upgraded to a 4b so that hopefully my DH would be less seasick. Was not complimentary, but not too bad either.
Can't wait another 3 weeks!

Thanks, Betsy- good think I asked..nobody told me....there are a few people on Cruise Critic that I am in contact with, and I will tell them about the m & g.........keep in touch...
