We've been a few race weekends and it's not so bad in the mornings especially, Labor Day weekend was beyond manageable and as was Star Wars weekend in January, just be prepared and have a priority list just in case.

I booked last week. Completely spur of the moment when I saw the cheap flights to Long Beach. Not many hotel choices at a reasonable price due to Dapper Days, but we got BW Anaheim Inn (we usually stay at BWPPI). I reserved Cafe Orleans yesterday. I think we will renew our annual passes as well. We had no plans to go this year (we went a ton last year), but we are having Disney withdrawals!

I'll be there 11/3-11/6. Staying at the Best Western Park Place Inn. I'll be a solo park tourist on the 4th and 5th (husband will be at BlizzCon). Would love to make some friends!

The dreaded news about the Tower of Terror forced me to book a trip "home" November 5-7th. We'll be staying at the Disneyland Hotel. I'm so excited about Dapper Day!! I've been attending at least one seasonal Dapper Day for the past 4 years or so.

ToT is my dd5's favorite ride, she'll be sad to see it go!

Of course it begins a few days after I leave. I knew it would, but I'm still bummed to miss all the lights The lights on small world during holidaytime are my absolute favorite!

I was initially bummed to not see anything about Paint the Night ( have not seen it before) but the author wrote in the comments to keep an eye on the calender for showings on select nights! Hoping to catch it sometime during our trip!

So excited - husband and I booked a trip so I could ride ToT before it closes. I was there last year with him and family but I couldn't ride any of the good rides as I was 6 months pregnant . After he got off TOT he found me sitting on the curb crying because I was so sad . Now I can go ride it 42 times or whatever!!!

Thanks, Figment! Yahoo, I'm excited that Believe in Holiday Magic will be running while we're there. Anything's better than that dreadfully short Fantasy in the Sky. And with all of this starting the Thursday before we arrive, hopefully everyone comes out right before we arrive to see it....and then stay away for the rest of the week!

And I'm really hoping we can get a few showings of PtN. That would be a dream come true to see that again on this trip. As for Space Mt, I don't care which version it is, Star Wars or plain. Just as long as it's open!

I noticed there was no mention of Olaf's Ice Skating ring at Downtown Disney. There's also nothing about Olaf's SnowFest or whatever it was called over near Monster's Inc. That was a really cool place that my kids enjoyed. With the snow and sleds, it was a nice reprieve from the outside world. I hope both of these make their way back to DLR this Christmas.

Anyone know how long the Jingle Cruise takes to install? We will be there 10/31 and are hoping to get to ride the Jungle Cruise.

Eek! Just booked Nov 27-30 staying at Fairfield Inn ... couldn't justify the $400-$800 more for on property this year but this is super close and has free parking!

ETA: add us to the HAVE to do ToT one last time.

Starting to get excited. Only a little over 2 more months for my family. I will be making the Believe holiday fireworks a priority this year. Haven't seen them in quite a while.

Got really lucky and rented a one bedroom villa (Grand Californian) Nov.21-26. It's a tradition for us to go out if town over Thanksgiving but getting harder with one daughter in college and one in competitive cheer!

We are there Nov 10 - 13, staying at the GCH. So excited to get back to DLR, even if it is packed and only for a long weekend.
