I'm a little torn myself... due to MNSSHP I'm not sure what we will do during the day... we were going to go to TL but it is being refurbed and BB doesn't excite us so we will either spend a day at DTD/go mini golfing/swim at AKL or go to AK. If we don't, then we'd have 1.5 AK, 1.5 HS, 1.5 MK + the party, and 1.5 EP + W&D runners party. If we do, then it would be 2 AK, 1 HS, 1MK and 1.5-2 EP.

I'm guessing we will take it easy on that day and do a resort play instead of a park though... we just got back from 2 days at DL and my husband did not hold up well at all. It was very hot so even though we took a couple hours rest on Sunday and were only there for half days on Sat & Mon he was still in a bad place temperature and footwise. It really put a damper on the whole experience so now I am a little terrified of this longer trip... We've tried moleskin and bringing different shoes; ice cream break daily, a long lunch at Carthay Circle in addition to a two hour break and nap in the afternoon during our full day on Saturday... he took all of the Ibuprofen & Excedrin I had brought as well, but still had a bad time. We even popped by the first aide station and got him a pack of ice... I don't know how else to make it easier on him! :crazy2:

Love Cape May. Crab legs & shrimp! My personal favorites and they do them right. Lots of other great items as well...and the desserts:faint: You'll love it!:goodvibes[/QUOTE]

We are eating at Cape May Cafe on Thanksgiving. From what I understand - regular buffet items offered (which we love) in addition to traditional Thanksgiving items! If $$$ are the driver here, then I would look around off-site perhaps - there are tons of excellent option in the area, too.

Cape May is fabulous! Honestly, the all-you-can-eat yummy crab legs would be enough to make us love it, but everything else is terrific, too. I would definitely drop RFC for Cape May!:thumbsup2:flower3:

It is one of our favorite restaurants. The seafood is pretty good - and I would take dinner there over Rainforest!

So I booked Cape May Cafe @4:30 on our Epcot day!:cool1: Can we walk there from Epcot??

YES! http://www.stitchkingdom.com/maps/index.php?showmap=13 right through the International Gateway! We will walk there from Epcot, eat at Cape May and come back for IllumiNations

love ur ideas. im just afraid with dd gluten allergy she wont have much to chose from

No one does food allergies/intolerances better than WDW! I know breakfast is usually tough to do GF, but WDW will make you GF pancakes, waffles (in some places, they will even do mickey waffles!), etc. Your DD will be able to eat well for breakfast!!

I am so freaking stoked right now!!! My heart is beating out of my chest!! Because of airfare prices being what they were we had decided to drive from Central WI... This morning I was checking my email and I had an airfare alert from Kayak and the prices had dropped $86/person!!!

Needless to say I went to the site and check it out.. Was afraid that it wasn't going to be round trip etc.... But it was!!! I chose the Expedia site because we have an account with them... Then I looked at prices the next day and they were $4 less still and still had times to leave later in the day...

WE ARE FLYING TO DISNEY!!!! :cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Yea!!! :banana::banana:

The heat makes a big difference on endurance levels. The weather should be much more manageable in November! :thumbsup2

If I make the change, I will have 1 AK, 1 DHS, 2 FULL Epcots and 1 FULL day at MK, one arrival (11-6) one departure (10-4) and a MVMCP night. THats alot of MK days LOL. If I dont, I will have 1 AK, 1.5 DHS, 1 full day MK, 1 departure and a MVMCP and 2 FULL epcot

To us, MK mornings are really important. Not to throw your schedule into a tale-spin again, but is there anyway, you can take one of your full Epcot days, and visit MK in morning and Epcot in the afternoon? We're not huge fans of Epcot, but even if you are, 1 day for future world (where you'll need a rope drop morning to do Soarin') and 1 afternoon for world showcase (where you don't really need to be there early, since it doesn't even open until 10am, and there aren't any rides where you've got to get there early), should be enough. Then you could have one more morning at MK, where you get SO much more done b/c the lines are shorter! --Katie

I decided that our (just added yesterday) 1st epcot day doesnt have to be a whole one since half my party will be golfing anyway, mom, DH, SIL and I will take the kids to Ohana breakfast and just for lack of better words... fart around for a few hours LOL

I am so excited to try Cape May next month, especially after reading how tons of you loved it!

I am tired of second guessing myself so I'm going to let all of you do it for me.;) I have a ressie at Ohana's on 11/29 at 8:15pm with Holiday Wishes at 9:30. The fireworks are not what has me worried since Ohana often seats late and, thanks to allergies, TS meals usually last 1.5 hrs anyway. My problem is that I'm also doing Fantasmic that night at 6:30pm. Am I going to have enough time to get from HS to the Poly by bus? Should I drive instead? Am I totally crazy for rushing and to look for a ressie at 8:30 or 8:45?:rotfl:

I *think* I figured out a way to keep everything:) We will do this on our arrival day:

Arrive at POR
head to MK
Lunch at LTT
ride rides
Head to DTD by monorail then bus OR walk to Cont then bus (MK closed at 7)
Dinner at T-Rex
walk around DTD
Best of BOTH worlds... see the castle AND get in some DTD

ONLY my immediate family and my brother and his girlfriend are flying. The rest will already be there so not a taxing day for them.... TIL the next day!:scared: LOL :rotfl2:

This does kick off BOG for dinner.... but we can still do CS :thumbsup2:

That is so awesome!!:cool1: Glad you were able to snag such great airfare. I guess it pays to get the email alerts.::yes::

I know!! This is the first time I had done it and only because I had told DH I wouldn't consider flying unless the fares dropped below $190/person...

I was all set to drive and even had DD researching things to do along the way, but she is more excited to drive because then she doesn't have to sit in the car for 22+ hours next to her 5 yr old brother!! :)

I thought was rushed :D glad to know Im not alone!. Well F! should be over by 7 the you have to clear out and get there. You MAY make it if you drive. I would try to ush it back to 830 atleast... if you cant do it now, try when BOG comes out. It does give you an hour and 15min. so I would sit for F! in the back and high tail it outta there :thumbsup2

Ooh, you had to remind me about BOG. Only a few weeks to go. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this is iffy. I'm doing the F! package so I was planning to sit towards the back for a better view anyway. Being by myself should help. If my mother does decide to join me, she walks faster then I do, so no worries there. Guess driving is the better option.

Can I join the planning fun?!?

My mom and I are booked at POR the 8th-13th (with fd starting the 9th). New to POR so would love any opinions on that!

As of now, I booked Saana, La Hacienda, Raglan Road, and Ohana. And we're planning on MVMCP on the 12th!w

Welcome aboard! Looks like you've got a good list of ressies. Don't forget, you can get into MK at 4:00pm for the party.

Now I am toying with the descision to add in BOG or just do CS! :lmao: I am starting to get excited about LTT too and we will already be IN MK but the thought of BOG... :faint: I HAVE to get an ADR!
