I need to call tonight and switch our to our new pin.
I randomly got a stay! play! dine! pin after booking with my original 20% off pin.
we weren't going to do a DP, but now I need to get on my ADRs lol

That was the wording on my free dining offer- "stay! play! dine!"
Sounds like the same one we received.

Changed my dates yesterday to arrive 11/1 instead of the 2nd after seeing the blackout dates ppl were posting. Changed my flight this morning and called to update our magical express info and my daily "would you please check for pins for my household" CM was so sweet about it and YES the FD pin FINALLY appeared!!

Needless to say she made my day

And no no email received So everyone KEEP CALLING!!!

OH MAN!

I called to update our flight info for ME and asked about pins and we have this pin for Free Dining but it's blacked out for our arrival date of 11/16. I am SO SO SO bummed!

I'm not willing to change our flights - and don't want the kids missing more school.

Fingers still crossed that a VISA or general offer will come out and include that date (it's a Friday and was included last year I believe but not at first).

If I recall it was listed as the F! pkg on the second page when you pulled up " the details"

Did the CM take your CC , he would have if it was the F! Pkg even if you are on the DP incase of a no Show

The Friday before Thanksgiving WAS included last year (we arrived on that date and got Free Dining for the week of Thanksgiving). Also, fyi... I received a PIN that includes Nov 16th this year. Actually, the offer I received included all dates in Nov except Nov 17-23! So, now if my hubby will just give in and agree to another trip... lol

Can someone explain to me what it means to call and see if a pin is attached to your name? What do you say when you call? I don't get why a pin would be attached to your name but then they would never notify you about it. How does this pin business work?

I just called and asked if I have a PIN code attached to my name. Sometimes they dont send out emails.

We dont understand why not either! But, emails and snail mail do get lost; sometimes it is in your 'household' name and not your own so might have gone to another email address or been blocked by spam filters etc.

How often does everyone call to see if there is a pin attached to their name? I called for the first time this morning after reading this thread! There wasn't one but the CM was very nice and said to just keep checking. We are arriving on the 9th to stay at Pop but after more research I would love to switch it over to A of A!! I am afraid to do this just yet because of offers coming out. What should I do!?!? I am new to the free dining and pins. TIA

Happy for all of you that are getting your FD! I'm really looking for an AP or room discount. I have a AAA discount for 15% but was hoping fto do a little better than that. We will only be at POR for 2 nights before moving to SSR. I am assuming there is a minimum number of nights required to qualify for FD?

Could you check in on 11/1? I think that would give you free dining for your stay. It may be cheaper to add two days to get free dining all week. Plus more time at Disney. It's a win win!

I knew we would run into the same thing for the week of Thanksgiving and I can't change my dates at all. I booked off site for the first time to help with the cost because my kids still want to eat at our favorite places. I think it's going to work out great for us. We do what we gotta do!

I booked two more ADR's this morning. One for lunch at Via Napoli and one for dinner at 50's Prime Time. I will cancel the dinner one if I can get in there tomorrow for lunch but I had to make sure I got in at some point. My kids love it! I'm going to be honest, this booking one a day is killing me!

I am in the same boat-- going Jersey Week and really can't change the dates, but was hoping for free dining anyway. I did call just to check and had a 20% off pin and we are staying at the Poly so that saved us almost as much as FD! I'm just glad to have *something* during that week!

I have called every day too FYI The pin I got this morning INCLUDED AoA. I had already booked everything the way I wanted it Poly / GV / 9 day hoppers / DDP so it was easy for the CM to just apply the pin to the current ressie. As my dd is 11 and ds 14 the dining saved us $2000
