sorry to get everyone off track I just spent some time on the rent/trade board and myhead is spinning! I hope I can find something!
Does anyone have any tips on visitng in Nov.? It is our first time. Is it warm enough to swim? My boys are small 2 and 5 years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Our first trip to Disney was Nov 2005 (Jersey Week) and the weather was absolutely beautiful! My kids were 1, 3 and 6. We swam during the day, but the evenings were to cool for swimming (for us). I had concerns about the weather but we couldn't have asked for more perfect weather. We were there 9 days and had one sprinkle that started as we were getting on a bus and ended before we got off the bus. We are going again this November. We will be splitting a stay between BCV and Poly. Last time we stayed at VWL and AKL. We rented points for both trips.

It's still a little early for discounts in November. Last year I believe they came out in August, but you'll need to keep checking www.mousesavers.com and also stay on these boards!! These boards are absolutley fabulous!! I found these boards before we went on our first WDW trip with our DD back in 2004 and now I am a DIS addict!! Good luck and keep looking!!

I might sound completely dumb by asking this---I just booked my trip for Nov. & paid my deposit ($200) yesterday. If by chance a "special rate" or "code" comes out between now & my trip, would the discount be applied if I called a reservation agent & requested it? Thanks

Yes, I'm pretty sure that you can call and ask to apply the discount. I know that year before last we had an AP and when I booked the room only, the discount hadn't come out at that time, so when the AP discount did get released for our dates of stay, my TA called Disney and got the discount applied. It may be different for packages, I'm not sure but I bet someone on these boards will know the answer. Just make sure you know the discount code when you call!

You would have to contact AAA to book a package with a AAA discount. Disney can only book room only with a AAA discount.

Hi,
I am looking at booking around November 6th to around the 17th. I picked those dates because my DD will be turning 5 on the 10th and I would like to be in WDW for it and I would also like to hit MVMCP. Obviously, I won't be able to be there that whole time so I just have to decide on departure and arrrival times. Also, I would like to be there as early as possible in November. Anyone hear any more rumors about the MVMCP dates? I heard there might be one as early as the 13th????

You might want to go ahead and start thinking of booking sooner than later. By all the posts for November travel it looks like the rooms by be few and far between!
