I just got done reading the posts from the "Live" dbl dip and I started to get sad

when she mentioned there was only one more night on the ship. I can remember dreading that last day, as I knew it would come to an end. I am glad that they having a great time.
I remember back in October of 2004 when we booked this cruise, I think my group has had this cruise booked the longest from the rest of you. I remember starting a thread when we returned and no one else was booked, I was all alone trying to contain my excitement. Thankfully a few weeks later Pat started this thread and brought her brood with her, and as they say, the rest is history. Hard to believe it was almost 2 years ago. Now we are almost at the 5 month mark and before we know it, it will be 5 days and then onboard. Seems such a shame, we plan and get excited for 2 years and then the time comes, we get on board and before we know it is over. I think I should start booking my cruises a couple of days before I leave.
The positive in booking so far out, beside monetary, is getting to know people. I feel like I am making friends and am equally excited to meet you guys.
I hope those that are just lurking

will feel comfortable enough to come by and say hello.
Well enough trips down the sentimental highway for one day.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I will, as usual, be packing. This time it will be the 2.5 car garage, ugh. I imagine DH will not be a happy when I reciprocate with the no mercy sentiment and start throwing stuff away.
