i cant wait to hear the updates from everyones upcoming cruises!! i wont be cruising until this 11.11.2006 cruise so i will be hanging by the screen waiting for your travel reports!!

I am still here but I think we lost everyone else. Today is the first day of my Non-Disney, stay at home vacation. You may be hearing a lot from me in the next few days as I work through my Disney withdrawal.

Hello all,

I am on the Mariner of the Seas and have to tell you this ship is beautiful. We have docked with both the Magic and Wonder. Sure made us home sick.

This ship is very large and we really like it, but I am bored. I do not ever remember being bored on Disney. The service is also not what we have received on Disney. Today is day 6 and can you imagine that our asst waiter still cannot remember I do not drink or like coffee. How many times do I need to tell him? I am not complaing, only expressing my disappointment and frustration. For those of you going on Disney this year, I am jealous.

I joined the boards for the sailing and they had a meet and mingle, however it was a click and I am not into that...at all. I am happy to say that you guys have not made me feel like this forum is clickish.

Well, I will check back in later. Pray we do not get extended due to the hurricane.

Just checking in to let you know we're still here and like everyone else, impatiently waiting for the next sailing. In the meantime we're busy getting ready for the next future "DISer" to arrive - less than 5 weeks to go. It's a great distraction because otherwise I'd never make it 18 months in between cruises.
Ironically, we orignally were scheduled to sail on yesterday's Western cruise but moved it up to May because of the pregnancy. THANK GOODNESS... too much stress sailing in between hurricanes. Been there, done that. Thinking magical thoughts for everyone cruising this week.

I am back and am starting to plan for 2006. I will tell you this, I will never (is that to strong of a word) use FL Tours again. I did get a coule of other companies while I waited 1.5 hours in the heat and seating for our ride. The worker at the port said we should get a company that is local to the port. I am thinking of doing 2 oneways and see how that works money wise.

Pat, I have a bunch to add to our sailing. My new nepehew's family is joing us as well. I think our group is in the 20's now and it is mostly all family.

Welcome Home Dee! Glad to didn't get stuck out there for extra days considering how bored you were! I think I've planned all I can for 2005 (at least until we hear they do some kind of itinerary alteration) so maybe I'll have to start looking ahead with you to 2006!!

UTT-OHH! please tell me more about Florida Tours! We have them booked for our upcoming MCO to Port Canaveral shuttle in a town car (just the 4 of us). We have heard they are great and don't charge you for a grocery stop. Please tell us more!!

I still have time to cancel and make other arrangements before our Nov. 12th 7 night Eastern DCL cruise.

Hello all!
We just returned from a 4 day Wonder trip but are already ready fro our double dip on the Magic next year.
Side note: we used FL Tours this last trip and everything went great! They were early to pick us up at the pier and stopped at the grocery store on our trip from the ship to DW at no extra cost!

I just received an email from Andy at FL Tours. He apoligized for the inconvience and offered to take 100.00 off the next trip.

I am unsure if we will take him up on it, but at least he offered and that is good customer service.

Dis-Nurse If I was you I would give them a try. Maybe your experience will be better. Besides he did reply to my email and is aware that there was a problem for a few of his customers. Maybe he is making the necessary changes to improve the "communication error" he felt happened. I did email him prior to reconfirm so I had supporting documentation when I called him and emailed him with the problem. Have fun.
