Notary Public?

Could anyone help a confused scotsman. I have downloaded the concent form from the disney cruise website for taking away kids who aren't mine. Could you tell me what or who is a Notary Public cause I've no idea.

They obviously have to sign this document, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the US we have people who will notarize (sign & stamp) legal documents such as wills, titles, deeds, etc., verifying that it was you who signed the document, or in the case of what you need for the cruise the kids parents signed it and agree to it. If you have a similiar type thing in Scotland, I would suggest that you call the cruise line and see if that will work.
