Ah thank you! We bought direct! Just seemed like they would be here by now, but whenever I go look on the site it comes up request a replacement card when starting to submit.
You can download a 3 month card from the web site. Typically they send out cards once every 3 months, they are or were done by a 3rd party.
If you get to WDW before that you can get your card from the sales center at SSR.
When we purchased direct last year in mid- February, we got our cards late April. We didn't request them, they just came. They were in the process of sending everyone new cards so I don't know if that made a difference.
Cards are processed by an outside contractor in batches, they apparently have minimums before they make a run. November seems like a long time though. Just request the cards again, maybe they got lost.

We bought direct the end of November as well. I asked our guide to set up our online accounts and he requested our cards at that time. He allowed us to take a picture of the card to use for our annual pass purchases (which guest services at MK accepted). I received my first card within 10 days of the sale (I am primary on the contract). I got a second card about 6 weeks later just after DH got his first. The second cards came shortly after the deed was recorded.
If your guide didn't request the card (and it wasn't done during your phone orientation) you should definitely call member services as was suggested above! Hope you get this sorted out soon.
