A friend sent me this today...I hope I can share it here.

My Dear Mum is gone now but I often think of things I said and did and wish I hadn't. I know we all do and I know she forgives me...Just thought it might make some of us take a breath before we respond in haste next time to someone so dear to us.

Thanks for posting this. My Mom is the full time caregiver of my 92 year old grandmother who has dementia. This was a tearful reminder of that person that long since left us, but yet somehow still exists in a fragile tired body.
