Not going to order from Custom Crops again!

I ordered the baby bug and 2 additional carts during the sale on Custom Crops. Not only did they not ship for 10 days, but now I get an e-mail that one of the carts is backordered! They never said that when I placed my order! I knew one was a pre-order and I probably wouldn't get it until the end of April, but the backorder is news to me.

I am totally frustrated with them. This was my first and last order

sorry to hear you had bad luck with them. I've ordered a few times and always been very happy with them.

It seems to be hit or miss with them. I have ordered with them a couple times and have been very happy but if you look at their ebay account you can see that there are a number of people who were very unhappy for the exact reasons you are. I guess you are always taking a chance when ordering with them but for me the good prices make it worth the wait.

I have to say I have been quite impressed with CustomCrops. I have place two orders with them in the last couple of weeks. One on 19 March and the other during the sale. I did get an email saying that one of the items was back ordered but that the others would be sent out. I received all of them (including the backordered one) on 1 April. I was really happy. I'm in Australia so expected them to be at least another week. They shipped the ones bought during the sale the working day after it finished.

Mrs Charming. I had also seen their ebay feedback. (didn't read it until after I had ordered) I got a bit nervous at that stage that I would be waiting months. But it turned out great for me.

Don't worry, the worst that will happen is it will take a bit to get the item if it is backordered. Again, I have never had that problem though.
