Northwest changed my flight times..

Which gets us to Disney 2 hours later and leaves to return home 1 1/2 hours sooner. Not Acceptable!! They also just did this on my June flight to Vegas but now we arrive there earlier and get home later so that's OK. I called to see about a refund and was told because of the difference I could get a full refund..then I went to check Spirit and they had better times and were 60.00 less (total) for the 3 of us. So I canceled with Northwest and booked with Spirit. They said 7 -14 days for the refund to show back to the credit card. Has this happened to anyone, were there any glitches (as in many followup calls to get the refund) and how long did it take for your credit to appear? I hope this all goes smoothly!
