My vote for today goes to....
Manhattan delivery services

Where else can you have your dry cleaning, laundry, a Thai meal, a bottle of Woodford Reserve and a pack of cigs all delivered to your apartment in the same evening? :confused3

(Disclaimer: I don't smoke. Cigs are bad.)

And it'll only cost you $527.34! :scared:

I was pretty surprised at the delivery prices. It wasn't too bad. Two Thai meals, a bottle of WR and a pack of cigs (not for me) came to about $65 with tips. Most of which was due to the price of the liquor. And from what I understand, sending your laundry out and having it delivered back is a lot cheaper than I expected.......but I'd still rather do it myself in my own washing machine. Unfortunately that's not always possible to do when you live in a 12-story walk-up.

Don't like strangers handling your unmentionables? :)

Another day, another vote. The North. NYC. :D (Can I second the vote for Gay Marriages in the north, too)? :teeth:

You came so close to being off my list!

Nope. I don't smoke. I tried it once and someone came up to me and said, "You don't smoke often do you? I could tell because of the way you hold the cigarette when it's not up to your mouth."

I don't need any more reasons to look like a confused geek. Plus cigs are bad. They're bad, kids! Bad!

Funny..no ones ever said that to me.....:confused3

Secret: I used to smoke over 25 years ago...and damn it I still miss it...

Oh well....there are substitutes....
