General question about SW travel for those of you that have used that airline...have any of you ever checked on a cooler?? That would be much cheaper & smarter than renting the fridge at the resort & I was just wondered if anyone has done that! Thanks!

Oh, btw, I never responded to the Tarheel football post... can't wait for football season! Of course, all the Tarheel seasons have been pretty good lately!

Hello everyone!
We check in on the 30th. Woohoo! I think this is my 35th or 36th time at WDW, but I am still as excited as I was when I was a kid.
Anyway, we are over in the mountains, so flying is not an option (cheapest I found was almost $400 pp). Boy I wish Southwest was closer!
As for football season, I am so glad it is close, but I'm not a Tarheel. Good luck in the ACC though! I am SEC born and bred.

Go Pack! I'm wondering where are all my fellow Person County Disboarders. I know your out there! We are headed back down in January and we are flying. I just heard today that Jetblue is now operating out of RDU, It would be great if they start flying to MCO by then. We drove down last year and I can tell you we will never do that again. I firmly believe any drive longer than 5 hours should be flown. Question about checking the cooler. We did that many years ago when we stayed at the CBR and it worked great. We stopped got the basic and just refilled with ice everyday. Good Luck! Everybody from the Tarheel state have fun in the World!

we're newbies to Mooresville, NC and just planned our Christmas trip to WDW, we are NOT driving back to Ohio this year! So we'll be having Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with Mickey and Minnie, sorry Grandma!
