Noah's Wish Trip (Wings ~ July 29, 2009)

So, so, so late adding to this thread. I've been lurking for a while and am so happy your trip is about to happen. I found your PTR from reading Becca's and I follow them regularly.

If you are still looking for a large cooler, and there is a Costco near you they have a set of three super large bags. Two are just open caryall bags (but humungous Costco size) but one is a freezer bag. You can fit a whole lot of Costco size freezer boxes in them and in fact this is what I use in the summer months to do my grocery shopping. DH used it to transport a bunch of food he had made up from the Hamilton area to Kingston and everything was still frozen.

Have a wonderful trip and I'll be looking for updates when you get back.

Thanks. I never thought to try Costco. I did find some thermal bags at Superstore. I bought 4 bags and I can fit 4 TPN bags with ice packs in each one. Then all the thermal bags are going into a suitcase that we can roll and carry on the flight. I think it should work pretty well.

So glad they got there in time! The kids are so cute, they were fun "to make" and it was easy since you posted so mny great pics of your family.

I just can't believe this time is actually upon us and that it has all come together. When I think back to the place we were less than 2 months ago, this is truly a miracle...

We are so blessed. Huge, huge thank yous to all you Big Giver's out there. We have been completely spoiled and we haven't even left yet! Words cannot express how you have blessed our family.

Unbelievable...amazing...I am unable to describe this place...how much our kids have done...how spoiled we have all been already. We barely have time to breathe, but it's all fantastic!!

Noah was not well yesterday...his lungs have not been great and I was quite worried...he slept through most of Magic Kingdom. Today he seems perkier...please pray for health and that we can get through this trip without incident.

Off to enjoy Christmas!!!
