No Sorcery in the Sky Fireworks on NYE

I hav ejust got this reply from Disney reguarding an email I sent them about the Sorcery in the Sky Fireworks. I cant believe it, first no Osborn Lights now this, wat are Disney doing to MGM this Xmas!

At this time, Sorcery in the Sky Fireworks are not scheduled for the Disney-MGM
Studios on December 31, 2003.

We are sorry that we cannot be of more assistance, but we appreciate your understanding."

6:30pm, 8:30pm, 10:00pm

Doesn't look like anything at midnight. Open until 1:00am (MK, Epcot, MGM).

Sorcery in the Sky "IS" listed on our cast information web page (and in all the times flyers that we have received). The CM info boards are showing that it will be at 11:50pm at MGM (also Fantasmic that night will be at 6:30pm, 8:30pm and 10pm for those that can't stay up that late ) Apparently whoever replied to your message missed that MEMO

Also for New Years Eve:

Illuminations 7:30pm (for the little ones that need to sleep) and 11:40pm (for the big kids )

Wishes 8:30pm (again for the little ones that need to sleep) and Fantasy in the Sky at midnight

There is Sorcery in the Sky at Midnight.

MGM will also have live bands performing at the sorcerer's hat stage most of the evening.

The Disney Stars and Motorcars parade has a new holiday overlay this year as well.

The reason for the Osbourne lights not being presented this year is that construction for the new stunt show in the former residential street area makes the presentation physically impossible. The powers that be understand that the spectacle was one of their biggest draws during the holidays, and will do everything they can to present it again in the future.
This was not a "cut."
It was not done to "save money."
It was not done out of sheer meanness.
The timing just didn't work out this year.
