Just off the Wonder in Cabo and wanted to report that on Wednesday we were restocked with Mickey bars.

Any East Coast confirmation that Mickey bars are back other than the Fantasty Christening event?

I think the problem is people panicking about it when t was a temporary situation. No one wanted to wait and see if they would be back. DCL said they would be back in a few weeks but people wanted to believe the word of head servers and other people in no kind of position to actually know about the supplier issues. Someone even asked at DL if they had a supply issue. Do you really expect the woman who runs an ice cream stand to have any idea what goes on behind the scenes with DCL? I just hope next time Disney runs out of a beloved teat we all keep cool about it until we know what is really going on.

My reason for asking for a mod to close this is because it has been posted several times that it was temporary and was beyond the control of DCL and since it has go on for 16 pages now, isn't that long enough?

I'm interested in this thread staying open. I would like to know before we go on our May Dream cruise if the Mickey bars are available again, or still available. No, I won't cancel my cruise if they aren't...but it does help to let my grandkids know that they might not be able to order them. Not that it is a HUGE deal, but I am a huge planner as are most diser's (or we wouldn't spend so much time on these dis boards). So if someone is no longer interested, unsubscribe! Let the rest of us crazy planners keep planning!

I would err on the side of caution, and not make promises to kiddie's that don't understand that you cannot keep!
Guest's that set their expectation's to level 10 will only be disappointed when they only achieve level 9 satisfaction when everything goes to plan anyways.

I may be a crazy planner but I am most certainly not a crazy complainer. I go with the flow (especially on vacation). Do I make promises...nope, exciting possibilities...you bet! But I still like to keep on planning and making plan 1, plan 2 and backup plan if 1 & 2 don't work.

This thread WILL stay open until there is confirmation that all the ships have the Mickey bars back on them. It's easier to keep one thread about the Mickey bars than to have many threads being started on the same subject.

If anyone is bothered by this thread there is no need to read it or respond. This is no way directed at anyone personally either.
