No Extended Evening Hours between Christmas and NYE?

The calendar is not showing any EEH Dec 26-31. Last year there was EEH at AK on the 28th. Is it possible that they will still add at least one during those days?

EEH generally only takes place on Monday and Wednesday.
EPCOT has is 12/23 and AK has it 12/25.
So you're really only looking at 12/30 and 1/1.
And I would say don't count on it as the parks are already likely to open earlier and stay open later.

I agree - the parks tend to stay open later that week, just to accommodate the crowds. So I'd be surprised if they scheduled a DEEH, even on January 1, which is not usually as crowded as the previous days.

They had Extended Evening hours on December 28, 2023 and January 1, 2024. I don't think there has been a week (Sunday to Saturday) when they didn't have at least two Extended Evening hours nights since they started having them, although there was one week when the second one was on a Saturday. I would expect one on January 1 and another later that week. I don't remember Disney ever having added one to the calendar after it was released. I doubt there will be one on December 30 or 31.

Well that’s disappointing. The AK EEHs last year on the 28th were great. It is not much a perk for staying at a deluxe if it doesn’t exist for that many days in a row lol. Thank you for the input.

Bit disappointed in the lack of EEH on Dec 30 -- WDW keeping the EEH at AK on Dec 25 got my hopes up, since I thought for sure they'd move it from Christmas to another day. I guess it makes sense because Dec 30 will be so busy they probably don't want to limit it to just deluxe resort guests, but it does mess with my planned schedule/ordering of parks

January 1 is at Animal Kingdom.

Hollywood Studios has one January 3 which is our last day! I had not expected that. We have never done a HS EEH. Excited.

The hours will change. Most likely they’ll add an hour so AK EETPH will be 7-9 pm on 12/25. We had to rearrange our plans as well. Would be better if they did a park close of 8 pm so we had more hours (kids need midday break) 8-10 pm. LLMP is going to be a mess this day. We might just stick to purchasing Tron and FOP (MK hopping to AK).

They need to throw in a HS EETPH for Christmas week as well.

12/30 Epcot and Mk will be super crowded and open late, although Epcot wasn’t open too late (closed 9:30) last year

I'm not holding my breath for this since I think it's unlikely they'll add further EEH... but honestly an extra HS EEH during Christmas week would be AMAZING. Hopefully we can manifest this if we wish hard enough haha.

It’s highly unlikely it will change now, but I’m still excited for AK. Was really hoping it would be Thur 12/26 (last year was Thur after Christmas) but I’ll take it.

We’ve never experienced AK EETPH. We only had Epcot in 2022 (GOTG took 45-50 mins of the EETPH - won’t make that mistake again.

Dec 27 (Fri) would have been nice, but they’ve added HS after announcing other park extended evenings before (but it’s usually final by Oct).
