No confirmations for two of my ADR's

I have four and I only got two email confirmations. I'm a bit worried that they won't have it when I get there. Will they be able to check with just my name or will I need the res number?
 
Don't worry, I originally got emails for less than half of my ADRs. As they were still listed on the site, I didn't care too much, although it was nice to have the email.

Anyway, you can easily get a confirmation email, go to the "Retrieve your reservation by confirmation number" and fill in the information (conf # and phone number) and once your reservation comes up through there, there will be a box for you to enter your email to send a confirmation!

Thats the problem...I don't have the onfirmation number. I usually would print them, but I was on my laptop and since they said I would be getting them though email, I figured I would be okay. Can I just use my phone and email to retrieve them?
 
If you call Disney Dining I would think they'd have your confirmation numbers. As long as you provide your name, date, time of ADR, etc.
 

I would make the effort to try and track down your confirmation numbers. Can you pull up your ADRs on the online system? If not, then call and the CM should be able to see all your ADR's and can tell you the confirmation numbers.

I wish the online system would let you print out a single sheet with all your ADR's on them, but it doesn't. The concierge at your resort, if you're staying on-site, can do that for you.

I always write down the number as soon as see it on the screen. I would never show up at any restaurant without it.

I have a ressie that won't come up online either - I called back and gave them the confirmation # and my phone # and they said they see it just fine, but I STILL can't pull it up online. Does anyone know if they can manually send you an email from their side?

I also only got email confirmations for some of my adr's and not others. Of course the emails that were missing were for Le Cellier and Chefs de France and both were booked solid so I called to be sure my adr's were okay. They were fine, I got the confirmation numbers just to be careful.

I'm sure they're fine but it doesn't hurt to call just for your own peace of mind. :)
 
This happened to me in May -- didn't get a confirmation e-mail, so I thought I must have failed to hit the final confirm or something. Then went in and booked again. Fortunately, it was a restaurant that wasn't difficult to get into -- the Wave. When I showed up, they had both of my reservations, both in my name with the same e-mail, phone #, etc. I felt so bad for having 2 reservations booked, and I explained why I rebooked. The hostess said that sometimes happens, but she didn't know why. The CM seemed much less concerned about my double booking than I was.
 
Check your reservations on line. Go to the Disney website, bring up your reservation, then click into my reservations. All your ADRs will show up in there.
