Nip/Tuck = best show EVER?

No comment on the actual "dog lady". Wasn't it Sophia Lopez? What about the woman/man Cherry something involved in the whole Matt situation last season. They didn't tie that storyline up enough for me. I'm the type that needs a who what when where and why or I'm just not happy. :lmao: They did mention it in episode 2 I think but never said where she went. I love Kimber now she finally got the guts to stand up to Christian. I totally agree she'll be stirring the pot this year.

I was talking about Sophia Lopez yeah, not Cherry whatever. She was dating Liz or something wasn't she? The woman that used to be a man (wow that is a common theme on N/T isn't is? I think there have been 3...also Famkke Janssen's character who just disappeared...I guess they blackmailed her into leaving Matt or something like that). But yeah they never really talked about any of last season's stories this season. Like the thing with Matt and the Carver and all that never happened. Ah well, starting fresh I guess. I can't beleive what Kimber is doing to Matt! It's so insane. So great though...I'm sure they will hook up. Which is of course, GROSS, b/c that is her ex-fiance's SON! What a show...Jerry Springer with a plot :teeth:
OH I cannot beleive what Sean did to "get Matt back" from the Scientologists...I mean, it stinks but he is 18 so what legal right do they have? Even though Scientologists ARE scary, it's his scary choice.

I cannot beleive it!!! I missed it again. We just decided on a date to go back to Disney and I have been wrapped up in that now I forgot again. :headache: I guess I'll just have to catch up watching the intro on Tuesday. Unless a summary pm could be sent of this weeks episode :listen:, Wink wink nudge nudge. I was just so excited that we are going back to Disney I spaced a lot today, dinner was at 7:45 oops sorry guys. Does anyone watch Rescue Me in between Nip Tuck seasons?

LOL ok I wrote you two pm's with the overview as best as I can remember it. I had to write 2 b/c it's so long and there's a 7000 character limit! So read the first one i sent first, then 2nd for the continuation. Don't read it if you are able to Download the episode on limewire or kazaa. I put the name of the episode on the pm if you want to try that.

THANK YOU!!!!!!

I'm happy to say I'm all caught up now if you ever miss an episode I've got you covered!;)

Ok what is up with the nanny?!?!? That was awful, the scene in the rocking chair I mean!

I know. But I had to laugh my butt off when what happened to her in the street happened. All I can think of is my sister's favorite scene from "Final Destination" (the first one) when that girl says "you can just all drop dead!" BAM! BUS!

LOL OMG I would say, Sean's issues with Monica are OVER.

What a great episode. I saved it on my DVR and WILL watch it again!

The dinner scene started a whole new set of issues for him involving her. What's with FX and their main characters seeing ghosts? It was a great episode that started a bunch of new story lines that could go anywhere. I felt horrible to laugh when she got smashed but come on, that was hilarious! :lmao:

It WAS great. I was thinking when she was leaving the office..."what is Sean going to DO?????" and then I got the answer! Lucky for him...I kind of did want to see more of her though...she is a great psycho character. But now we have Brooke Shields (and Kimber still) to fill our 'psycho on N/T' needs!

And I don't know what other FX shows have ghosts, but it reminds me of "Six Feet Under" on Showtime, did you ever watch that? Actually, it maybe was HBO, I can never keep those two straight since they are the only 2 premium channels I have and watch series on both. But on "SFU" almost everyone saw ghosts.

OT: please check out the light a million candles please...its for a really good cause!

Whoa...why on earth not? It is the best show ever! I would only say you shouldn't if you are too young to watch shows rated "M". Otherwise, it rocks! But if you have not started watching already you would be lost anyhoo.

Rescue Me which is on in the same time slot as NT (as I now call it :teeth: ) has the main character who sees ghosts. I watched SFU during it's first season but haven't seen it since. ~pouting that she doesn't have HBO anymore~ Ok tantrum over. I'm ready to watch NT tonight CAN"TWAIT to see what they'll do to themselves this week. popcorn:: :happytv: It looked like Kimber's going to be a big focus this episode, I love her.

I agree about Kimber. I love and hate her! She is such a great character and I'm so glad she's back!

OMG you should totally get (or rent) Six Feet Under, every season. Take a vacation and watch them all back to back or watch two ep's a day. Or...get HBO back and watch them on demand! I think, after N/T, it's the best show EVER. which makes 6FU the second best show ever after N/T. What I dont get is, my husband LOVES n/t as much as I do, but he didnt' get into 6FU :confused3

I think of all the series finales of every show I have seen, 6FU takes the cake. The very end of the last episode was like the best episode of a show I've ever seen. I cried...it was so cool how they ended it the episode and the series. Some shows just...stop. Or everyone moves away. But Six Ft. Under really tied it all together so well with a montage at the end that just blew me away! And it takes a lot for a tv show to make me cry!

Also...if you have Showtime, a really great show is "Weeds". It's on now, in it's 3rd (I think? Maybe 2nd...) season, at like 10pm EST on Mondays. Yeah, I'm actually thinking it's only the 2nd season, but a lot has happened. If you have Showtime and you decide to watch it, you would have to find episode synopses (sp?) online and catch up. And it's not just a show about drugs, it is deeper than that. It's about a housewife with two kids, who is widowed and has no way to make money, so she starts selling marijuana (sp? again...and I'm supposed to be the spelling police!) to support her family. It's so dramactic and hilarious at the same time. It's only 30 minutes, which bums me out. "Entourage" is another one I watch, on Showtime or HBO I forget which, and is also 30 mins. Both of those shows need to be an hour like 6FU and N/T. Same with Sex and the City, even though that show is over. But I still watch the reruns on HBO on demand and TBS (and my seasons 2,3, and 4 DVDs)!

Ah, TV. Oh, my other fave is "The L Word" on Showtime. All the good shows are on the premium channels! My husband wants to stop getting them and I'm like "NOOOOOOO! These shows are worth WAY more than the extra $20 or whatever a month!!!!!" LOL.

Ok while I'm listing favorite shows, I also like:

reruns of That 70's Show on FX (I never saw all the seasons, just 1-3 and 8 (the last), and FX just started with season one with like 2 or 4 shows a day in order...so I record and watch them all!)

Family Guy

Queer As Folk (Showtime, and the show is ended but I like reruns, plus I have not seen every season)

Blind Date when I catch it (guilty pleasure)

American Idol

America's Next Top Model

The Surreal Life (Ok, ALL the last 4 are guilty pleasures! Gotta love the reality shows..SOME of them, at least...no Survivor or Big Brother for me!!!)

OH....and "Most Extreme Elimination Challenge" or MXC on the Spike Channel...although I have not seen it in a while. Oh, what won't those crazy Japanese folks do!

Anyway, I am getting ready to watch N/T (recorded...I don't know how I lived before DVR) with my hubby once he is done playing Zelda on GameCube. I can't wait!
(The mouse growing an ear? that creeps me out big-time! Can they actually DO that in real life???? I guess I'll learn more when I watch it.....)

My son was pretty sick last night so I missed it, no spoilers I will watch it Sunday and I'm going to check if it's on any other days just in case. We have Direct TV included in our rent, so no pay channels for me until we buy a house. :guilty: Well we do have Cinemax for some reason but I am all set with anything they have on, hmmmm how do I put it nicely well all that's on are movies and shows that make you blush. So I don't even bother watching anything anymore on it. I used to have so many shows I watched but now they've all been canceled (one L or 2?) or gone off the air so there's only a few left. Of course Sex In the City is one of my all time favs. I was so happy when they came to regular tv. I haven't missed an episode of ER in 6 seasons, that's including once when I was in labor..lol. I think I have seen most of the earlier episodes in reruns too. Rescue me and NT are the only others I really watch. So hope it was a good one, I'll watch it soon.

It was pretty good, though not as good as last weeks. My parents are spending a week and a 1/2 in town with me, leaving in two days, so they missed this week and last weeks. I have them both recorded, so they are coming over to my place tomorrow night (they stay in a hotel) to watch both ep's! I am excited to see their reactions when they see what happens to Monica :) They are the ones that turned me onto the show...well, my Dad really. It is their fave too!

I have a quick OT question. If I buy the DVR box that goes with DirectTv is there something I have to sign up for to use it or is it just a recorder? I have wanted it for a while but noone can ever answer that for me.
